The Universal Religion and the Purity of Faith

…I am the Lord thy God,

Who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

Thou shall have no other gods beside Me…

{Exodus 20:2–3}

…Thou shall have no other gods before My face…

{Deuteronomy 5:7}

It was the turbulent time when apostasy of Solomon {3 Kings 11:1–13} – his idol–worship and rejection of the law and ordinances, which God gave through Moses, initiated collapse of the Solomon’s kingdom: the core of the system became rotten, and the entire system began to disintegrate.

Because of Solomon’s apostasy (or harlotry*1*), God rendered to Jeroboam the son of Sarira the harlot (γυνη πορνη) {3 Kings 12:24}, the most part of Solomon’s kingdom with ten tribes of Israel, leaving to Solomon’s son authority only over Jerusalem and two (of twelve) tribes. However, in spite of the warning that Achia the prophet gave to Jeroboam when he conveyed the promise of God to make him a king over the most part of Israel {3 Kings 11:29–38}, Jeroboam led the people into the great sin: he made two golden heifers, told his subjects that the heifers are their gods, which led them out of Egypt, appointed new priests not from the tribe of Levi, set new feast day, and made sacrifices to the idols {3 Kings 12:26–33; 13}.

After Jeroboam’s death, the plague of kings–apostates took over the Promised Land {3 Kings 11; 4 Kings}; only the small number of the rulers from the long line of kings*2* recognized God of Israel and followed His law. The tribes of Israel have broken their covenant with God the Creator of heaven and earth: the people worshiped idols and sacrificed their children to idols*3*, waged fratricidal wars, used divination*4*, committed iniquities, and adopted abominable customs of the surrounding idol–worshiping nations, although the most part of them was removed from the Promised Land when it was given to Israel as the Lord promised {Joshua 21:41–43}. All these deeds of the idol–worshiping Israelites were abomination to God. Thus, the Lord began to remove the apostates from the Promised Land {e.g., in: 4 Kings; Isaiah; Jeremiah; Lamentations}. In addition to constant internecine conflicts, the kings of Syria, Assyria, and Babylon continuously waged wars, besieged the cities, carried the people of Israel out of the Promised Land, and settled other nations at the place of Israelites {for instance, four nations from Babylon, as it is written in: 4 Kings 17:20–24}.

Thus, the Promised Land, as well as the adjacent countries of the Middle East, Asia, and North Africa, was cast into the fire of uninterrupted wars. As the prophets warned and then, observed {e.g., in: Deuteronomy 28; 30; Isaiah; Jeremiah; Daniel 9:1–18; Ezekiel; and the others}, as soon as the idol–worship and the iniquities of the heathens became the manner of life of the Israelites, the Israelites became as the food of the consuming fire, as the defenseless prey devoured by the enemies from the east and from the west {Isaiah 9:8–21}. Their land that before than was the land of abundance was changed into the wasted battlefield – the place for slaughter by the sword and by the fire and by the human beasts: the harvest field of the arch–evil, which feeds itself with the human dust {Genesis 3:15–16}.

Step by step, from one sacrifice of children to idols to another sacrifice of children to the idols, from one iniquity to another iniquity, from one idol–worshiping king to another idol–worshiping king, the people began to lose the pieces of the land, which they inherited as the sons of Abraham who worshiped God the Creator. With each war, more and more of the people of Israel were taken into captivity and led into other lands; at their place, the heathens from the lands of the conquerors came.

During one of such “exchanges,” the interesting thing happened.

When the people of Babylonian kingdom were settled in Samaria, in the land that was freed from the Israelites, they did not know God and they served their idols. So, the Lord sent lions, which slew some of the people. The Assyrian king was told that the lions came because new settlers do not know the ordinances of the “God of the land.” For that reason, the king ordered to bring back in Samaria and to settle among the newcomers one of the priests of the Lord (the one of those who were removed with other Israelites from Samaria): let the priest teach them the ordinances of God of the land. So, the people began to fear the Lord God of Israel, yet, they also established their places of worship and served idols of their native lands, from which they were brought in the land of Israel. Thus, they worshiped God and also worshiped their idols; such double–worship became the manner of life for them, for their children, and for children of their children {4 Kings 17:24–41}.

Perhaps, similarly to Samarian lands, such exchange/settlement of the heathens happened in the land of Gerasenes, in other side of the Sea of Galilee. Originally, this land was occupied by the tribe of Manasseh [1] [[Μανασση]] – descendents of the son of Joseph who settled the Hebrews in Egypt, in the land of Goshen {Genesis 46}. However, when Lord Jesus Christ came and healed the demoniac who afterward went to proclaim in Decapolis what the Lord did to him {Mark 5:1–20}, in the land of Manasseh were other people. They had swine herds and they begged the Lord to leave their territory after they learned how the demoniac was healed and how the herd of pigs rushed down from the cliff into the sea {Mark 5:11–17}. Obviously, these people lived not in compliance with the laws of Moses:

– for the Jews, pigs are unclean animals, and swine meat is forbidden; the heathens eat swine meat

– the Jews consider demoniacs as the possessed by the unclean spirits; the heathens consider possession with the unclean spirits as possession “by gods,” accept insanity as the “divine” gift*5*, and use divination*4* – the fruit of insanity – as the means to foretell/devise the future.

So, Lord Jesus Christ left them: the customs of the heathens are abomination to God {e.g., in: 4 Kings 17:7–17, 29–32; Isaiah 2:6–8}.

When the Jews were in Babylonian captivity, Darius the king issued the edict that recognized “God of Daniel” (Who saved Daniel from the lions in the lion den) as the eternal living God Whose kingdom shall not be destroyed and His dominion shall be forever; thus all king’s subjects must tremble and fear before the “God of Daniel” {Daniel 6:25–27}. As soon as the Babylonians kept their gods, the one might infer that the Darius’ subjects included the “God of Daniel” into the pantheon of deities they worshiped.

The referred above texts from the Holy Scriptures concerning the heathens who became aware of True God, yet continued to worship their idols, describe the typical pattern: adoption of new “other gods” is the distinctive feature of the heathenism*6*. In general, the heathenism, which is nothing more than a shared mythical multi–layered world of “gods,” “spirits,” myths, and other figments of human imagination*7*, always has a place for new additions. For instance, Plato’s Republic begins with the reference to the first festival devoted to introduction of the cult of Thracian goddess.

However, from a Christian point of view, the true faith in the only One True God lives only in the soul–heart–mind of a human being who fulfilled his obligations before God {Exodus 20:2–3; Matthew 22:37–38}: who has recognized and accepted God as the Absolute Truth and as the Absolute Good and as the only Almighty Power with the absolute authority over life, death, and post–mortem destiny of His creations*8*, and who loves God with all his soul–heart–mind and serves Him in gladness and purity of clean heart. The Lord refers as to the hypocrites {Matthew 15:7–9; Mark 7:6–9; Isaiah 29:13–16} to those who speak of God and worship God in public, while their heart is far from God: they worship God by teaching the doctrines of men, and have set aside the commandments of God, so they may keep their traditions.

Hence, the one could infer that faith is the true faith only until it is the faith into the One – Absolute – God. As soon as

the one recognizes existence of any other power/deity/idol/self–deified “substitute of God at the earth”

the one assumes that any power/deity/idol/self–deified ruler of any kind/whatever is able to co–exist with One True God

the one, in fact, accepts “other gods”

therefore, the one commits apostasy and becomes the apostate*9*.

Another example: in the third century, Mani the Babylonian*10* attempted to compose a new religion and to make it the universal religion for the entire world. His doctrine included deities and articles of faith practiced by Zoroastrians, Buddhists, Christians, as well as doctrines of Gnostics, Orphics, ancient Greek and Egyptian myths, and so on. Many fruits of human imagination, myths, and dreams, by which the ancient world of Asia←→Middle East←→North Africa lived, have found their place in Manichaeism. However, for all religions, from which Mani borrowed the parts of his doctrine, Manichaeism was heresy; it was an attempt to reconcile the irreconcilable; for instance, the monotheism with multi–deity arrangement, Christianity with the heathenism, and the heathen religions with Christianity.

Application of the heathen Greek philosophy for interpretation and modification of the Holy Scriptures became another way of “unification” of the true and false religions. The fruits of such unnatural and abnormal “union” include “Hellenic Judaism” of Philo of Alexandria*11*, Manichean/Neo–Platonic fantasies (such as Compelle Intrare, “wise judge” concept, and Filioque) of Augustine of Hippo*12*, and Aristotle–Aquinas’ political theology*13*, which is the official doctrine of the papal church of Rome – Catholicism.

Currently, the ecumenism*14* – the contemporary papal crusade for unification of Catholicism with Christianity – illustrates new phase of the unceasing war of the arch–evil against the followers of the Truth {in: John 8:23–59; 13:16; 15:18–25}.

As the one could infer, the history of mankind might be justifiably defined as the history of war among different religions, different convictions, and different theological and philosophical doctrines. Mankind lives in the state of permanent war of human thoughts, which is waged with material forces – weapons, oppressive institutions, control through imposing and enforcement of mandatory beliefs, inhumane laws, destructive politics, false knowledge, and other means of coercion and deceit. This irrational incessant war dooms to persecution and suffering and takes lives of human beings who are loyal to their faith, preserve their ways of thinking, and follow their beliefs.

The quintessence of this war, its spiritual dimension, is the war between the mind that stays for the sanity and purity of true faith in God with the mind that

a/ assumed the right to pollute and corrupt faith in God with figments of the imagination continually bent upon the evil {Genesis 8:21}, insanity, and lies of men

b/ exercises this self–ascribed right with the power of coercion and deceit

c/ leads the ones who it deceived into the pit of suffering and destruction – death.

The current state of world affairs (especially, the current war at the Middle East that easily might evolve into the world–wide fire of the WWIII initiated with terrorist acts worldwide), could lead some minds to the idea of establishing universal religion, which

would include deities and articles of faith from all domineering world religions

therefore (because of recognition of all deities) would be acceptable for the people of all faiths

would reconcile the differences held to be irreconcilable

would heal old wounds, and erase memories of religious persecutions and injustice

committed by people of different faiths toward people of different faiths

would assemble all the people of all countries–races–manners of life– religions–faiths into one manageable flock*15*.

However, such “universal” religion would be nothing more than

a/ repetition of the actions of the ancient Assyrian king who forced his people to learn the ordinances of “the God of the land,” in which they were settled after removal of the idol–worshiping Israelites, so “the God of the land” was added to their “other gods”

b/ actualization of Mani’s idea to create a new universal religion from parts of main religions practiced in the lands of Asia, Middle East, and North Africa

c/ actualization of the next phase of the war for annihilation of Christianity, which is waged now through the papal ecumenical crusade*16*.

As all referred above attempts of “unification” of the heathenism with the monotheism and heathen multi–deity religions with Christianity, it will not bring peace and prosperity, because it will be one more violation of the eternal Law of God – now, at the world–wide scale.

Although the attempts to impose the new set of “universal” beliefs on the entire mankind and to fashion the new model of thinking designed according to the will of self–deified leaders/idols might be presented as the only working remedy for coming of peace unto the world, the Christians should always

1. remember the commandments of God:

I am the Lord thy God, Who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. Thou shall have no other gods beside Me

{Exodus 20:2–3}

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment

{Matthew 22:37–38}

2. remember the destiny of those who rejected the Law of God and violated His commandments:

the history of the ancient Israel

the history of the Western civilization with the Crusades, the Inquisition,

restrictions of freedom of thought, freedom of conscience, and extermination of the different–minded/heretics

the history of colonialism and world wars fueled by the phantoms of the absolute power and world–wide domination

pursued by the papacy and by Communism, Fascism, and Nazism – the ideologies stemmed from the doctrines of the heathen philosophers*17*,

which are based on Orphism*18* – the cult of the arch–evil

3. observe and analyze the current world – the state of the affairs rooted in crimes against humanity committed in the past and continued in the present, which, with each passing moment, take human lives by acts of bestial inhumanity of the servants of the arch–evil.

The Christians should accomplish the commandments of God with the absolute loyalty and devotion and love to the Only One True God explained by the Word God – Lord Jesus Christ {John 1:1–18; 14; 17}.

Thus, all doctrines and commandments of men that introduce new deities, attempt to forcefully impose on the Christians beliefs in “other gods,” introduce new prophets, saints, “earthly substitutes” of God, self–appointed universal teachers/illuminators in the questions of faith, mandatory additions*19* to God, self–appointed mediators between God and His creation – man, and other “deities” and figments of corrupted human imagination – should be unquestionably and unconditionally disregarded and avoided as the wise person avoids lethal poison.

If the one has an ability of the right discernment*20* and the gift of wisdom, he is able to see the essence of such “universal religions” and “unified faith”:

the ancient evil of the heathenism/idol–worship under the façade compiled with the teachings and doctrines of men,

which set aside the commandments of God

apostasy

διαφθορον: the totality of physical, moral, and religious ruin*21* initiated by the apostasy

death.

Some of these plagues the people of the world already are having today as the daily reality; now the choice is theirs – do they want that their children, if survive, have them tomorrow?…

Notes:

*1* For instance, the faithful city Zion became harlot – πορνη {Isaiah 1:21}; the people of Israel – “lawless children” who rioted against God and call upon idols slaying their children are named the seed of adulterer and a whore (μοιχων και  πορνης) {Isaiah 57:3–5}. The people of Israel, their kings, princes, priests, and their prophets had as much gods as they had cities, and sacrificed to the idol according to number of the streets in Jerusalem {Jeremiah 2:23–28}; thus, Israel has gone a–whoring – εξεπορνευσας {Jeremiah 3:1}. Similar references may be found in Books of Ezekiel, Hosea, and Nahum.

Harlot(ry) and a–whoring – these are the words, with which the prophets referred to idol–worshipers and apostates, who broke the covenant with God, forgot His law, and turned to “other gods” – idols.

Hence, the Lord refers to the scribes, to the Pharisees, and to Sadducees as to the evil and adulterous generation {in: Matthew 12:38–39; 16:1–4}

*5* In ancient Greece, it was the common belief that Apollo himself speaks and discloses the divine will through a Delphi priestess. The behavior of seers and priests when gods entered their bodies and communicated through them their will to the mortals usually looked as madness; for example, description of the Sibyl’s behavior in The Aeneid. Such madness had been recognized as the gift of gods and named “prophecy,” which came from such senders of “divine” madness or “prophetic trances” as Apollo and Dionysus. Dionysus – “the god of senses,” was an embodiment of different ancient deities of death, insanity, and destruction. The distinguishing mark of the cult of death was artificially invoked and then (for the next generations), inherited insanity. The Maenad rites provide the vivid illustration of the “divine” madness cultivated by the worshipers of Dionysus. The symptoms of the same insanity can be traced in behavior of Alexander of Macedonia whose mother was the initiated of orgiastic rites of Dionysus [in: Graves 1:105, 114; Plato Phaedrus 244a, c, 265a–b; Plutarch Alexander 253–254; Vergil 6:51–58, 84–89]. Heraclites refers to Dionysus as to “the god of death” [Heraclites qtd. in: Bevan 140]. Not only the physical destruction caused by the Maenads could be the source of such a reference: the artificially evoked altered states of the mind, which result in temporary or permanent insanity, spell death of the reason. Perhaps, it is one of the explanations, why the Hebrew Prophets defined divination as abomination, rebellion, and sin against the Lord God – the God of wisdom and knowledge.

*6* Heathenism is a collective name for a special body of knowledge that is based upon multi–deity theology, with such objects of worship as idols – deified beasts, snakes, insects, humans, astronomical objects, forces of nature, objects of nature – ocean, sea, rivers, trees, mountains, rocks, man–made stone, wooden, and clay statues, “graven images,” human establishments – states, political parties, ideas, doctrines, and other images and hand–made material things – idols.

*15* For instance, the papacy already claims that the Catholics in each country of the world, whatever their nationality and race is, are the exclusive subjects of the pope – the “one in will and affection.” Although their countries might be in war with each other, they must look to the pope as to the “common… loving father” of them all, who “with absolute impartiality and incorruptible judgment, rising above the conflicting gales of human passions, takes upon himself with all his strength the defence of truth, justice and charity” [2; §6]. Then, as soon as the local bishops receive their power directly from the “supreme pontiff,” the papal subjects must revere them as the “divinely appointed successors of the Apostles” [[as soon as the pope appoints the local bishops, this statement “divinely appointed successors of the Apostles” implies that the pope is the divinity]] and they are higher than the highest civil authorities [2; §42].

Excerpt

“The Christians – representatives of the Christian Orthodox Churches – have the definite opinion concerning ecumenism. They,

– as Hieromonk Savva of the Holy Monastery of Decani, Serbia, acknowledge that the primary goal of the ecumenism is complete annihilation of the Orthodox Christianity [9]

– as  Archbishop Chrysostomos of Etna, perceive “political ecumenism” as “the playground of demons” and define the psychology of those “Orthodox betrayers” who pursue ecumenism as psychology of devolution and of collapse “into spiritual incapacity” [10]

– as the Greek monks, point out that while many Catholics abandon the papal church, the representatives of the Ecumenical Patriarchate are ready to acknowledge the papal church as “sister church” and claim that the papists are not heretics [11].

In the Declaration “The Holy Mountain and the Vatican” (1979) concerning establishment of diplomatic relations between the Greek government and the Vatican, The Sacred Community of the Mount Athos stated that the goal of the papacy is “the subjugation of everyone to the pope” that is by transformation of all mankind into the Catholic, that the papal regime is “hateful to God, the enemy of the Orthodoxy,” and a “derelict and destructive institution” [12].

Then, the Sacred Community of the Mount Athos summarized the position and opinions of the Orthodox Christians concerning blasphemous union of the Greek and other Orthodox Churches with the papal establishment in The Announcement of the Extraordinary Joint Conference of the Sacred Community of the Holy Mount Athos (1980), The Official Statement from Mt. Athos on the Pope's Visit to the Phanar, Letter to the Ecumenical Patriarch Concerning the Balamand Agreement, and Letter of the Holy Community of Mt. Athos to Oecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, Concerning His Compromise of Orthodoxy (1980–1994).

In particular, the Sacred Community of the Mount Athos

1/does not accept the joint statement of the Ecumenical Patriarch and Roman Pope concerning "cleansing of the historical memory of our Churches," uniatism (uniats are the former Christians who recognized the supremacy of the pope and who are in full submission to the papal authority), establishment of the diplomatic relations with the Vatican, and exclusion of the monks of the Holy Mountain from the delegation of the Orthodox Churches, while the uniats were included

2/ decries the statements of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, in which reconsidering the traditions of the Greek Orthodox Christianity and union with papal establishment are referred to as “the resurrection of unity of His (Christ’s) One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church" and requests clarification of the Ecumenical Patriarchate’s position concerning uttering, which “scandalize” the Christians who profess the Orthodox faith as the assurance of salvation

3/ rejects the Balamond Agreement, which equated the Orthodox and Catholics as "sister churches" and adopted anti–Orthodox position

6/ defies disregard of such serious theological differences as the Filioque [[concerning Filioque, see Works of Augustine Hippo, folder Heathen Philosophy; file Works of Augustine of Hippo also is offered for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_2]], papal primacy and infallibility, created grace, etc., and forging of a union without agreement in dogma

7/ defies acceptance of the pope – the religious and secular leader of the Vatican State – as “the true successor to the Apostles the infallible one,” the one with the primacy of authority to rule over the entire Church

8/ reminds the decision of the 1895 Council of Constantinople, which summarizes all of the preceding Councils in the statement that the Orthodox Eastern Church is “the Church of the Seven Ecumenical Councils and the first nine centuries of Christianity and is therefore the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church of Christ, the 'pillar and bulwark of truth.' And the present Roman Church is the church of innovationism and adulteration of the writings of the Church Fathers and the distortion of the Holy Scriptures and the decrees of the Holy Councils. Justly and for good reason it was denounced and is denounced as long as it persists in its delusion”

9/ notifies the Ecumenical Patriarch that the union with the papal church on the terms of silencing or minimizing the Orthodox doctrines and acceptance of the false doctrines will not be accepted and it will result in schism and new divisions among the Christian communities.

The Letter addressed to the Ecumenical Patriarch and signed by all Representatives and Presidents of the Twenty Sacred Monasteries of the Holy Mountain of Athos, is concluded with the statement that “For the sake of the Roman Catholics and the whole world, whose only hope is unadulterated Orthodoxy, we are obliged never to accept union or the description of the Roman Catholic Church as a "Sister Church," or the Pope as the canonical bishop of Rome, or the "Church" of Rome as having canonical Apostolic Succession, Priesthood, and Mysteries without their [the Papists'] expressly stated renunciation of the Filioque, the infallibility and primacy of the Pope, created grace, and the rest of their cacodoxies (false and heretical beliefs). For we shall never regard these as unimportant differences or mere theological opinions, but as differences that irrevocably debase the the anthropic character of the Church and introduce blasphemies” [13].

Only one inference follows from the referred above opinion of the Spiritual Center of the Orthodox Christianity – the sacred Community of the Mount Athos: ecumenism is blasphemy against God and crime against the Christians.

According to the opinion of Archbishop Vitaly of Montreal and Canada, which is expressed in his Report to the Sobor (Council) of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia [14]: the chief headquarter of ecumenism is the World Council of Churches; its supporters are the people with de–Christianized outlook; its essence is concoction of all ancient and contemporary heresies; its power is the politics of finance and world domination…”

*18* The Orphism is the most distinctively formed core of the heathenism; analysis of the different philosophical, religious, and political doctrines rooted in Orphism

a/ facilitates understanding of formation and development of different versions of the same arch–lies {Genesis 3:1–6}, from which the multitude of different false religions, cults, and ideologies sprung

b/ leads to the conclusion that all of them have the same the essence: rejection of true God and acceptance of idol–worship – assertion of existence of “other truth” and “other gods.”

*19* For instance, according to Pius XII, ascribing “the whole spiritual life of Christians and their progress in virtue exclusively to the action of the Divine Spirit,” without the collaboration of the pope, leads to “deplorable ruin” [2; §65, 87]: plainly speaking, Pius XII says that, without the pope, The Divine Spirit does not work.

Although the Christian teachings {the New Testament} is the only source of knowledge of God and Christian faith, the pope asserts that ”first of all,” all his subjects must “obey the decrees of the Council of Trent, of the Roman Pontiffs, and the Sacred Congregation of Rites, and what the liturgical books ordain concerning external public worship” [3; §18].

There is no one word about God and His words in this statement.

The popes assert that “Divine Redeemer” [[that is supposed to be a reference to Lord God Jesus Christ]] gave the faith “obscurely and implicitly” providing that the papal church would elucidate and explain it [4; §21].

Another interesting point is presentation of the papal establishment not only as “Mystical” but also as “social Body” founded by Christ [2; §26].

The assertion of “obscurity of the faith,” which is given by God, and introduction of such phenomenon as “social Body founded by Christ,” are intended to justify

1/ existence of the papal Magisterium, which in fact, performs the functions of Aristotelian opinion–makers

2/ never ending papal quest for the world–wide domination through establishment of the universal papal empire.

*21* The total or complete ruin in Greek is διαφθορον {as in Psalm 106(107):20}.

Greek compound word διαφθορον, which usually is interpreted as corruption, perversion, or complete moral collapse/ruin, also denotes the totality of physical, moral, and religious ruin.

Apostasy as rejection of faith in God and intentional disregard and violations of the Law of God initiate processes of collapse according to the διαφθορον pattern.

The διαφθορον pattern describes also the utter collapse–ruin of any system, in which alien knowledge takes the place of the original meanings of truth that initially, in the time of the system’s creation/construction, was embodied into

religious, social, political, moral, and other laws, norms, and values

religious, social, political, educational, and other establishments

created to maintain and to protect the system

behavior, interrelations, and other aspects of the daily life of the people

whose existence, prosperity, development, and survival the system is intended to sustain and to secure.

The διαφθορον pattern can be always discerned within the chaotic totality of the events identified as revolution, war, defeat, impoverishment, assimilation by enemies {e.g., as it is in: Deuteronomy 28:47–48}, and overall processes of disintegration of empires, states, and other establishments/systems.

Personal διαφθορον reveals itself through completed – total – corruption, apostasy, or crimes against God and His creations, when a human being is not able to achieve any of good purposes, is unsuccessful in his endeavors aimed to prosperity and increase of overall quality of life, lives in ignorance, bewilderment, injustice, unrighteousness, hardship, and dissatisfaction with the fruits of his labor, even if he possesses riches, fame, and has access to the power of coercion.

The Old Testament prophets described conditions of spiritual and material neediness, which are the consequences of the collapse described by the διαφθορον pattern {e.g. in: Isaiah 59:1–15; Micah 6:11–15; Habakkuk 1:1–17; 2:15–17; Haggai 1:6}. In the New Testament, such self–ruined people of incurable devastation are referred to as to

a/ the ones who already have been judged {ηδη κεκριται John 3:18–20}, because they love darkness more than the Light, their works were evil, and they go into the darkness so their works may not be exposed

b/ the ones who are not of God, who are children of the arch–evil {in: John 8:42–47; 1 John 3:4, 8–10, 15}

c/ false prophets and false teachers, clouds driven by tempest, for whom the eternal darkness is kept {2 Peter 2:1–22}.

The Mind and the World

…Grace to you and peace be multiplied by full knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.

..His divine power has given to us all things pertaining to life and godliness

through the complete knowledge of the One calling us via glory and virtue…

{2 Peter 1:2–3}

In the day of departure (death), the breath of man shall go forth, and he shall return to the earth out of which he was taken. In that day, απολουνται παντες οι διαλογισμοι αυτων – all his thoughts/intentions/considerations shall be put/sent away, released {Psalm 145(146):4}: man who is the earth shall return to the earth, and his spirit shall return to God Who gave it {Genesis 2:7; 3:20; Ecclesiastes 12:7}.

Speaking of departure of man who has to return to his eternal home (by passing through death – the separation of the spirit/soul–energy from the body/matter*1*), Ecclesiastes {Ecclesiastes 12:5–7} employs images of the silver cord that cannot uphold (μη ανατραπη) its burden, golden fastener crushed*2*, and pitcher broken at the fountain. All mentioned things (cord, fastener, pitcher) have one common feature: they sustain/hold something together.

So, both texts refer to dismantling of some assemblage or wholeness; in this case – a human being who thinks and acts and lives as the unity of the earth– matter–dust/body and energy–spirit/soul/mind:

– the Psalm tells about thoughts–considerations–reasonings released, set at liberty (απολουνται) at the day of man’s departure

– Ecclesiastes speaks of the silver cord, which is unable to sustain–consolidate–hold something together, of the golden fastener, which is crushed into pieces and is unable to sustain the wholeness, and of the broken pitcher, which is not suitable to carry water from the fountain.

Therefore, a living human being who is a wholeness/unity of earth/matter and energy/spirit–soul–heart–mind exists if the wholeness/unity is kept together by some wholeness–maintaining factor.

With the systems*3* terms, the one could identify this wholeness–maintaining factor, which all generations could not and cannot control (otherwise, there would not be death), as the Code [[the Law, the Word – Λογος]], according to which the system [[being/unity of the matter and the energy]] is sustained within the time–space–complexity settings [[set/arrangement of the energy–fields]] until its purposes [[e.g., creation of something as a result of a complete cycle of transformation of the divine energy of creation at some time–space–complexity settings]] are completed. When the purposes are completed, the complexity parameters are changed, and if the system becomes irrelevant [[for instance, as it happens, when the system is not capable of further development, and therefore, would not be operating at new – advanced – level of complexity]], it has to be dismantled, so its resources would serve the next cycle/generation.

The Code/Law defines the natural existence [[that is existence in compliance with/according to the nature created according to the Law and controlled by the Law]] as evolution*4* sustained with the change of complexity*5* parameters. In brief, complexity might be explained as a degree of advancement toward the optimum.

From the theological point of view, the optimum is dwelling with God: the knowledge of God and of Jesus Christ that is the everlasting life {John 14:15–26; 17}. Hence, the optimal state of the mind should be the state of complete knowing, or as St. Peter the Apostle writes {in: 2 Peter 1:2–11}, the full knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, through which the one obtains all things pertaining to life and godliness, might become the partaker of the divine nature, escape the worldly corruption, and enter the eternal kingdom of God – our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

For achievement of this optimum, the one needs the set of qualities fastened together by diligence and sustaining each other: faith, virtue, knowledge, self–control, patience, godliness, brotherly love, and love, which in their synergy might bring the perfect fruit of full knowledge of Lord Jesus Christ {2 Peter 1:3–8}.

From the practical point of view, the one could define this optimum as the unity of

a/ complete knowledge*6*

b/ potency/power to create

c/ energy, which enables actualization of the maximal potency of creation.

In daily life, this optimum could be discerned as the pattern of thinking and working defined by three factors:

1/ the complete comprehension → cognition → assimilation → creation of true knowledge

of the evolving world created by God and given into the dominion of man*7*

2/ the maximal potency of the works of the good – optimum of creative abilities of the good –

that secures accomplishment of the purposes,

which comply with the law of God and therefore, actualize the will of God

3/ creation of the good with the maximal potency of creation

achieved via assimilation of the divine energy–power – wisdom–knowledge of God

given to the mind by the Holy Spirit in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, the Word–God,

Who has become the foundation–framework – Στερεωμα*8* – of a human mind that lives

a/ according to the law/commandments/words of God

b/ by love of God

3/ for the sake of accomplishment of the will of God.

There is a division between the temporal world opened for the comprehension by the human mind and the eternal realm, from which the knowledge comes into the world of men. The knowledge from above is closed for the mind that has confined itself within the temporal world of the structured matter [[e.g., the mind of materialist, atheist, apostate, idol–worshiper*9*]] and therefore, is not empowered for acceptance of knowledge needed for the next phase of existence – eternity with God. Such a mind neither has power to perceive/recognize this knowledge nor has abilities to learn it {e.g., in: John 14:17, 30; 15:5–6}.

In the beginning of His mission, during conversation with Nicodemus {John 3:1–21}, the Lord speaks of division between the earthly and heavenly things, between being born of flesh and being born of Spirit. Only the Son of man, Who dwells in heavens and descended unto the earth, is above all; no one has gone up to the heaven, except the One Who came down from the heaven. In the end, when the mission of the Word–God within the world is almost complete, He speaks of the knowledge that He gave to those who are given to Him from the world – the knowledge of God and Jesus Christ that is the everlasting life {John 17:3–8}. God also explains how to obtain the eternity {John 14; 15; 16:7–16, 27–28, 33; 17}:

through faith in Him and love – that is the complete knowledge – of Him,

Who is the Truth, the Way, and the Life, and Who is One with the Father,

through keeping (observance and accomplishment) of His word

love of God comes

God makes His dwelling with His creation by sending His Spirit to teach and guide and illuminate them and to be with them

all this in the name of His Son – Lord Jesus Christ, the Word–God – the Law and the Glory of God.

St. Paul the Apostle speaks of the different gifts of the Holy Spirit Who gives knowledge granted by God to those who, as St. Paul the Apostle writes, ημεις δε νουν Χριστου εχομεν exactly/just follow the reasoning*10* of Christ. The different gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to the different minds for different works, although there is only One God Who is working all in all {1 Corinthians 2:15–16; 12:4–25}.

If to recognize that each work is actualization of some knowledge, and if to accept the truth of the referred above texts of the Holy Scriptures, the arrangement of the world unfolds as the actualization of the Law–Will–Word of God accomplished by the multitudes of the living beings {Daniel 7:9–10} created by God and existing at different levels of complexity (power–energy–abilities to comprehend–create–actualize particular knowledge) determined and controlled by the Law of God. The unity of these inter–connected inter–related and inter–dependent multitudes –– all of them defined and sustained by the Law/Word of God and differentiated by different levels of cognized knowledge–achieved power–given energy –– composes the harmony of the living universe that is evolving toward its optimum: abundance and fruitfulness of the good created, sustained, and maintained by the Absolute Good – the Perfect Love and the Omnipotent Power of God.

Hence, the arrangement of the temporal world, within which different minds have to be prepared for their place within the everlasting realm of God and for accomplishment of the different purposes according to the will of God, has to be sustained by arrangement of the different levels of complexity – firstly, by different potency of knowledge that reflects the Law of God within the particular settings. Existence of each mind begins at the initial level of complexity and proceeds up to the maximal level of complexity, or toward the maximal potency of learning and comprehension, which is called wisdom*11* that comes via love to God, knowledge of the Law of God, observance of the Law of God, and life according to the Law of God.

Two laws of irreversibility sustain evolution as the advancement toward optimal potency accomplished with learning of new knowledge within the world of men: the law of irreversibility of cognition and the law of irreversibility*12* of the matter, which has been structured for achievement of a particular purpose.

The more the mind learns the more it advances toward the maximal potency, the full actualization of which is one of its primary purposes within the temporal world of the structured matter. The knowledge of God holds the world – the net of the minds that work for God – as the unity and sustains its life. The minds without knowledge of God compose the assemblage of disintegrating worlds of death – the harvest fields of death, in which the arch–evil consumes corrupted perverted rotten human dust.

What then, is this knowledge that defines life and development–evolution of the mind and initiates evolution of the world that accommodates the evolving mind’s existence? This knowledge is the knowledge of God: each mind receives as much knowledge of God as it is enabled/empowered {John 15:4–5} to comprehend. Through the knowledge of the Law of God and therefore, knowledge of God Who gave this Law, the mind learns to comprehend the creations of God, including the world given into the dominion of man.

The Book of Wisdom {Wisdom 7:15–22} refers to veracious – true and exact – knowledge (γνωσιν αψευδη): the nature of world and nature of the living creatures, μεταβολας καιρων (circuits of periods, or in the contemporary terms, life–cycles of systems, the moment of completion of which is καιρος*13*), the nature of things, the reasonings of men, and other things – secret and manifest that define the practical meaning of human wisdom, which sustains survival of human beings, secures prosperity and abundance of the world, and facilitates preparation for the next phase of existence. This wisdom is the most precious gift of God that He grants to the human mind that is His Own possession {e.g., in: Malachi 3:17; John 10:27–30; 17:2–6}.

In summary, the one could infer that within the world given into dominion of men, the mind

either lives by the knowledge given by God

or is slowly choking with the figments of corrupted human imagination intently bent upon the evil –

the arch–enemy, which deceives, kills, and consumes its servants

{Genesis 3:15–16; 8:21; John 8:37–47}

either is fed and sustained by the knowledge of the Truth and the Glory of God

{Psalm 16(17):6–15; 144(145):15–21; John 6:32–69; 17}

or is poisoned and debilitated by the knowledge of the evil*14*

{Deuteronomy 32:33; Isaiah 59:1–15}

either evolves until it develops its maximal potency of creation of the good –

that is transformation of the divine energy of God into the material structures/things,

which maintain live and evolution of the world given into dominion of man

or degenerates until it develops the maximal potency of the evil

creates its own world, and ultimately

either actualizes its nature with creations and works of the good

or perverts its nature:

becomes incapable of perceiving and accepting the knowledge of truth,

because it has no place for the Word–God within,

and thus, transforms itself into “the withered branch” that is suitable only to be the food of fire,

because it does not have the eternal Life within

{in: John 8:37, 43–47; 14; 15:1–10}.

Then, could it be possible for any of the minds living by the values of the temporal world controlled by the arch–evil, the world in which there is no limits of suffering, pain, brutality, ruthlessness, and inhumanity, find wisdom, if the very essence of wisdom –– as the harmony of the wholeness of the law, the power, the energy, and all that is the absolute good for man and of man –– is negation of the daily reality of disorder, suffering, degeneration, collapse, and death?

What then, does hold the world and does not allow it to fall apart, although death of every human being

alters the overall multitude of the possible futures decreasing possibilities of the evolution

makes the world more insufficient

accelerates the run to the ultimate end?

What are the “golden fastener” and “silver cord” that sustain the wholeness, and the pitcher carrying water, and how they could facilitate comprehension of the human life and death?

What happens, when a human being dies?

What then, is the human mind?

If the one envisions the mind*15* as the frontier system between the realm of the spirit and the realm of the matter [[as a transmitter of the divine energy of creation into the world of the structured matter, which (the structured matter) is the final result of a cycle of creation within the temporal settings – time–space–complexity, with which the world is arranged]], he could infer that

a/ the human mind conveys the divine energy (transformed into the thoughts of man) into the world of the material structures where the divine energy that created the thoughts of man triggers development–evolution –– increase of complexity –– of the systems that compose the mankind’s world making them, for instance, capable of sustaining not only physical survival but also improvement of life–conditions and therefore, providing more opportunities for development and actualization of the human nature created in the image and after likeness of God

b/ the human mind is the core/center of the world created and sustained by the divine energy. If the human mind functions/operates according to its nature [[according to the law of God Who created it, and in consistent unwavering compliance with the Absolute Good – the attributes of God the Creator in Whose image and after Whose likeness the mind was created]], and for the sake of the purposes it has been created to accomplish, the mind’s creations/establishments accomplish the purposes of the mind, for the sake of which the mind created them. If the mind does not operate/function in accordance with its nature, it is not empowered to create optimal (for instance, efficient and invincible) establishments: the mind’s establishments collapse and disintegrate

c/ the human mind is a system with the highest level of complexity, because it creates knowledge that 1/ initiates and makes possible evolution of the world and 2/ works as the cohesive power*16* that sustains the wholeness of systems composed of the structured matter; it means that by its very nature, the human mind has no limits of cognition and influence/impact on the world of the structured matter

d/ death is a transitional state of the mind/human essence, in which acceptance of the wholeness/life–sustaining divine energy is suspended, new knowledge of the world of the matter is not originated, evolution–increase of complexity within the world of the matter is impossible, and the world – unique cosmos of a unique person who died – arranged according to knowledge, which was assimilated by the deceased, perishes*17*.

In general, evolution proceeds through creation of the systems, which are able to evolve by increasing own complexity and therefore by increasing own potency, firstly, by expanding the range of purposes it might be empowered to achieve. When the mind creates its thoughts and then, embodies them into the material things – structures, systems, realities (e.g., books, establishments, empires), it creates the possible futures as the definitions/codes of the ending states/conditions of a particular order that the mind assembles from the elements of the chaos (e.g., words, thoughts, ideas – own and of the others, concepts, times, events, material resources, etc.), into which it is immersed (or within which it exists).

If to consider knowledge as a particular derivative of the divine energy that enables a human being to evolve–act–operate with the material things within the world of the structured matter that accommodates human life, existence of the mind might be envisioned as a process of feeding by/consuming of the divine energy {John 6; 10; 14; 15; 16; 17}, which within the world of the material structures is manifested as receiving→ accumulation/absorption→ creation→ transmitting of knowledge.

If to define the mind as a system that actualizes transformation of the divine energy of creation for the purposes of evolution of the world, life of the mind might be seen as a manifestation of the unity of the energy–law–power: mind exists until

it is able to access the divine energy that sustains its life

|||

it is in compliance with the divine law

that controls the world created and sustained with the divine energy

|||

it, through the compliance with the divine law and with access to the divine energy, is empowered

a/ to accept–absorb the divine energy of creation

b/ to create thoughts–derivatives of the divine energy of creation,

with which the mind creates its world and maintains its existence

c/ to originate the flow of knowledge,

which arranges, holds, and transforms a particular order/system/world created by the mind

(the unique cosmos – the world/universe whose center is the unique human mind)

within the chaos of the reserves, from which the worlds of the minds might be created:

elements, structures, systems, and realities of the material world –

the earth that is given into dominion of mankind.

Consequently, if to consider the significance of the human mind for the world, it could be said, that

if the knowledge created by the mind for assembling a system (e.g., an empire, establishment, the future)

from the chaos (reserves of the material things, pieces of knowledge, ideas, doctrines, beliefs, figments of imagination, etc.)

and sustaining the system’s operations/life complies with the exact true (veracious) knowledge

{γνωσιν αψευδη as it is defined in: Wisdom 7:17–21},

which is the gift of God to those who live according to His Law and by love to Him

such knowledge–creation of the mind might be defined as the cohesive power*16* (the silver cord of Ecclesiastes),

which sustains unity of the establishments/systems/worlds created by the mind

the mind itself might be seen as

– the golden fastener that holds the mind’s world together making it operational and living evolving wholeness

– the pitcher that carries life–sustaining water – knowledge that upholds the mind’s world

Then, the “curses” predicted by Moses {Deuteronomy 28; 29; 30}, and their impact on the life of the people observed by the Old Testament prophets {Isaiah; Jeremiah; Ezekiel, and the others} unfold as the natural end of the unnatural/perverted nature: these “curses” are the natural end of those who have perverted own nature by violating the Law of God. Such the end is programmed by the Law that was revealed to mankind to learn and to live according to it, so, by observing the Law*18*, the people would secure abundant prosperous and happy life for themselves and for their descendents. If a creation of God disregards the Law of the Creator and instead, accepts false and lies of corrupted imagination – e.g., heresy, ideologies, idol–worship – such creation initiates own διαφθορον – the total ruin*19*, which is determined by the Law {Deuteronomy 28; 29; 30}, and, by the very own free will, casts own life into the darkness of ignorance, suffering, and death, followed with the eternal separation from God.

Within the heathen world of the Old Testament, only the rare extraordinary minds could find the true knowledge of God the Creator by accepting the Law given through Moses.

In the current world that still lives because of the Word–God, the Bible still can be found in libraries and shops in some countries, in which, as of today, Christians are not beheaded and burnt alive for their faith in Lord Jesus Christ – yet, the one has more chances to find the road to God.

Until the knowledge of God can still be freely reached, the one who desires the eternal life has no time to lose…

Notes:

*1* During the earthly phase of existence, a human being is a temporal life–carrying unity of spirit–flesh, or soul–heart–mind–body, or energy–matter, accommodated within the realm composed of the units of the structured matter, which are the energy derivatives created/arranged at different levels of complexity.

The essence of man – the inner man, of whom St. Peter the Apostle and St. Paul the Apostle write: ο κρυπτος της καρδιας ανθρωπος – the hidden heart of man {in: 1 Peter 3:4}, and the inner man who is being renewed – ο εσωθεν ανακαινουται  – day by day, while the outer man (body of flesh) is being decayed {in: 2 Corinthians 4:16}, is the soul–heart–mind, which carries the image and likeness of God.

St. Paul the Apostle refers to such a new (renewed) creation of Christ and in Christ as to the one who is enabled to act as the co–worker of God {Θεου γαρ εσμεν συνεργοι1 Corinthians 3:9}, who is the God’s field and God’s building/construction {Θεου γεωργιον, Θεου οικοδομη  – 1 Corinthians 3:9}.

The Greek theologians discerned three parts/components of the human essence, or it might be said that they assumed that the soul–heart–mind operates at three levels: intellect – νους, reason/intelligence – διανοια, and the reasoning, or the faculty of deliberation –  γνωμαφρονημαλογισμος.

When the theological subtleties are not a subject of consideration, I use a brief contemporary and all–including (because a human being is the wholeness) definition – the mind.

See concepts of man, the mind, and reason/intelligence in Preliminary Notes, Introduction: Concept of Wisdom, Knowledge, and Reason/Intelligence (esp. Theological Foundation) and Note *25* in The World & The War. Part II. Apostasy – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_2.

*2* It is written {Ecclesiastes 12:6}: συντριβη το ανθεμιον τον χρυσιον – fastener (ανθεμιον) of gold (τον χρυσιον) crushed (συντριβη). Αν–θεμι–ον  is a derivative from τιθημι originated from either ancient θεω – to run (not as sprint or rush) or θεοcomplete, as the root of words defining Θεος – God:

– the particle αν(α) – signifies the upper position

– the root –θε/(also θη, as in: John 15:13)originates the cluster of words with the general meaning to settle, to hold, to lay foundation, to sustain, to purpose. For instance θεμελιοω  – consolidate, lay foundation, ground, and τιθημιθη  – put, place, commit; lay down.

Hence, Ecclesiastes speaks of a thing of gold that settles/holds something from above.

*3* Concerning systems terms and definitions, see Introduction to the Systems Logic – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_1

*4* Evolution is the totality of normal or natural processes called also “life” or “existence” for any of beings created by God.

In general, natural life of each living creature is evolution as development of the maximal potency according to the God’s will/plan; “optimization” is the term describing some aspects of the evolution. The term “evolution” is applicable to all living purposeful systems: a human being, mankind, human society, etc.

In general, evolution is a life–cycle of any being who exists for a purpose and who has an ability to create–absorb–accumulate–transmit knowledge of good and to embody the knowledge of good into the structures and systems of the surrounding world. This knowledge stipulates achievement of the particular purposes – creation of good, maintenance of life and optimization of other systems, actualization of technical and other kinds of progress or the processes intended to facilitate life and development of human beings and their creations/establishments.

In brief, evolution is the process – development resulting in ability to ascend to the higher level of complexity. Knowledge is the force driving evolution.

In theological terms, evolution might be defined as gradual comprehension of knowledge of God – the knowledge that is the everlasting life {John 17}. Consequently, the degree of evolution of man is evaluated by his ability to embody the words and commandments of God into his daily existence – his thoughts, words, and deeds; as such, the degree of evolution/advancement in cognition of God is manifested through the abilities to create the good for the others and the deeds of love, mercy, and assistance to the others – all of them committed in righteousness and truth, in imitation of God {Matthew 5:21–48; Luke 6:26–49; John 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; James 2:13–26; 2 Peter 1:2–11; 1 John 3:14–21; Ephesians 8:1–2}.

For instance, the Old Testament might be seen as the reality, within which the evolution of the mind as cognition of God began, while the mind cannot see God and live; however, the mind has to learn three main lessons:

1/ own nature – the Law of God

2/ how to live by each word coming from God: according to own nature that is according to the Law of God

3/ how to love God and the others, because love is the essence of the Law

{Deuteronomy 8:3; 30:8–20; Leviticus 19:18; Matthew 22:36–40}.

Then, the New Testament unfolds as the phase of revelation and absorption of the new knowledge for those who learned to live by the Law of God – the knowledge of God given through His Son, the Word–God. This knowledge is the everlasting life and the one who comprehends it enters the new reality – the realm of God the Spirit, in which the mind is empowered to exist in the presence of God through the eternity {John}.

The main lessons of this phase of evolution, which is in the knowledge of God the Spirit given by His Son, the Word–God, include the following {in: Matthew 4:4; 5:48; 11:27–30; 16:21–26; 26:36–46; Luke 6:35–36; John 4:23–24, 31–38; 6:27–69; 13:1–17, 34–35; 14; 15; 16; 17; James 1:17–25; 1 Peter 1; 2; 1 John; Ephesians 1; 2; Deuteronomy 8:3}:

1/ a human soul–heart–mind (the inner man or the essence of man) lives by the Word–God as a human body lives by bread

2/ the eternal life is knowledge of God and the Word–God Whom God the Father has sent to save the world

3/ a human being must become imitation of the Absolute Good of God – His Love, His mercy, His perfection

4/ a human being must become an image (imitation) of Lord Jesus Christ, the Word–God, for Whom the will of God the Father is the Absolute that must be accomplished above all

5/ the eternity with God is opened to the one who became the creation of Christ and in Christ.

Hence, the last phase of the evolution of human mind at the earth might be envisioned as the ultimate choice between the evil imagination of man and the true knowledge of God: the evolution is accomplished when the mind discards all illusions, fantasies, and false assumptions, embraces the only true reality – the reality of the One Perfect – Absolute – God Whose power is the absolute power and Whose mercy is the perfect mercy, and becomes that what it was created to be – the temple–dwelling of the Creator. The first step to the ultimate perfection is understanding that faith, acceptance of the knowledge of God the Father, and observance of the commandments of Lord God Jesus Christ precede coming of the Spirit–Fire Who descends on those who are chosen to became the temple of God and to dwell with God in the eternity of His kingdom {Luke 12:49; John 3:3–6; 7:39; 14:15–17, 23, 24; Revelation 21:27; 22:3–5; Isaiah 64:8}. The knowledge of God should fill the mind and become the absolute truth and the only reality of existence:

God is the Absolute, the ultimate perfection, the only truth

the Love of God makes a human being a perfect creation ready for the eternity

the knowledge of God is the only valuable possession

there is none and there is nothing besides God.

It means also that in the world created by God and given into dominion of man, nothing should take the place of God or pretend on possession by any of the attributes of God. Whatever good men are able to create, they create it only if the power of God acts through them.

In the terms of systems logic, evolution is the process resulting in increase of complexity, or ascent at the higher level of complexity [[potency of knowledge defines one of the meanings of complexity; concerning complexity, see Introduction to the Systems Logic – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_1]].

Consequently, the observer evaluates degree of system’s evolution by

1/ the development of the optimal potential (capacity, force, efficiency), which the system is intended to achieve according to the system’s design

and

2/ abilities or preparedness to achieve new purposes at new level(s) of complexity.

In general, the end of evolution is the breakthrough, the exit from the completed phase of existence, when the mind that has accomplished absorption of the entirety of knowledge, which sustains a particular reality, ascends at the higher level. Such ascent becomes possible because of the knowledge that transforms the mind into a being capable of existence within another reality, at the different level of complexity.

In the terms of systems theory, evolution is the process of increasing the level/degree of complexity.

*5* Concerning complexity, see Introduction to the Systems Logic – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_1

*6* Knowledge might be defined as the power to think, to speak, to act. Only if the mind comprehends the law that controls the nature (the nature of man, the nature of the world that accommodates existence of man, and the nature of events and things that might be a subject of interest), the mind obtains the actual power to act and to achieve its purposes. If human knowledge is true (adequate to the actuality), it gives the actual power to act purposefully, efficiently, and successfully.

*7* Concerning the evolving reality of the world in Genesis 1 & 2, see the following excerpt from Note *1* to The Creation and the Renewal – Folder Archive_2013, Page 3_April_2013

 Excerpt

Note *1*

The world described in the first and second chapters of Genesis was the evolving reality, because all living creatures received the blessing of God to evolve: they had to increase and multiply and fill their sphere {αυξανεσθε και πληθυνεσθε και πληρωσατεGenesis 1:22}. In addition to the blessing to evolve (to increase and multiply and fill the earth), man was given the purposes και κατακυρειυσατε αυτης– to subdue and to dominate the world filled with the all living creatures {Genesis 2:28}.

The traditional translation of Greek textαυξανεσθε και πληθυνεσθε και πληρωσατε – Genesis 1:22, 28 – is “Increase and multiply and fill.”

However, the overall meaning of this logical block is much more complicated: it means to evolve, to accomplish/fulfill, to become complete:

1/ in the word αυξανεσθε ξα (and modified ξη/ξε ) – is the root for words denoting development, growth, and evolution (lit. and fig.) as in αυξανω – to grow, enlarge, increase → εξελιξηevolution

2/ the word πληρωσατε is the derivative of primary verb πλεωto fulfill, to accomplish, to make full, and then, πληρηςcomplete, full.

Therefore, God’s blessing – αυξανεσθε και πληθυνεσθε και πληρωσατεdefines the purposes of man as

a/ his own evolution

[[definitely, development as increase may not be only about physical parameters;

multiplication and making all full/complete – that is reaching the higher level of development/complexity

at which the full potency can be exercised]]

within the evolving world

[[whose inhabitants received the same commandment, therefore,

the world itself should be capable of development necessary to sustain evolution of all its inhabitants]]

b/ maintenance of the evolution of the world accommodating his existence

c/ reaching the completion.

Consequently, the one can infer that the man of the first two chapters of Genesis had three interconnected purposes:

1/ to evolve himself, to become complete within the evolving world

2/ to dominate the evolving world

3/ to maintain evolution of the evolving world.

Then, after exile from the Paradise, the creative works of man are accomplished by the mind, by creating thoughts – the energy entities (codes), which, having being embodied into the material structures (books, constructions, establishments, societies, empires, other edifices), maintain human existence within the world, which is collapsing because of cognition of the evil.

The creative abilities of the Old Testament’s mind might be seen as the remnants of rudimental abilities of the creation made in the image and after likeness of the Omnipotent Almighty God. In the New Testament, the creative abilities are the natural abilities of the beings that are born by the Word of truth and are evolving into the likeness of the Word–God and συνεργοι {1 Corinthians 3:9}co–workers of God .

With coming of the Word–God, a human being is re–created and the process of evolution as the imitation of God – the process, which would result in obtaining the eternal life in the presence of God – is initiated. It means that even within the limited temporal and collapsing world the human mind, through faith and knowledge of God as the gifts of the Holy Spirit, might be enabled to create the evolving systems as it was appointed by God from the foundation of the world…”

*8* In general, στερεωμα is the framework or foundation for the set of energy fields made for transformations of the divine energy into a particular structured matter (e.g., water of the sea, dust of the land): the components of the world accommodating existence of mankind. Within the στερεωμα {also called the Heaven – ουρανον in: Genesis 1:6–10}, the evolving world came into being {Genesis 1}.

So, στερεωμα might be envisioned as the framework–firmament–heaven, which embraces the totality of time–space–complexity entities/networks composed with the energy fields controlling the cycles of energy transformation: life is a purposeful cycle of energy transformations. These settings or specific networks of the energy fields might be seen also as the unity of the interconnected worlds, which accommodate the developing totality of the cycles of creation {John 5:17} and sustain life of different kinds of living beings–embodiments of the divine energy accomplished according to the universal law and with the universal power. The unity of energy–law–power maintains the Heaven and the world of men.

From another angle of consideration, the one could envision the στερεωμα of this world as a particular manifestation of the universal order/arrangement, or the reading of the Universal Code of creation – Λογος on the particular levels of complexity. This reading of the Universal Code defines, creates, and sustains the arrangement of the energy fields allotted for the cycles of energy transformations creating the perceivable structures of the matter at different levels of complexity. Life of particular beings – inhabitants of the world created because the Word was spoken by God – is accommodated under the Heaven: within the στερεωμα – fixed arrangement of the energy fields with the limits, which humans could measure, for instance,  with such parameters as pressure, temperature, light, darkness, radiation, and so on.

The similar pattern might be discerned in creation of the immortal human child of God.

Στερεωμα of the human soul–heart–mind is the Word–God – the knowledge of God: His Law, His will, His commandments, His mercy, His Perfection and His Love – the Absolute Good, that is the everlasting life {John 17:3, 6} – this knowledge makes possible life by the Holy Spirit, because this knowledge became the inner foundation and structure of the new creation of God in Christ and by Christ destined from the beginning of times for the eternity with God:

the Word–God is the framework, within which a human reasoning is ignited,

the Word–God is the foundation, on which a human child of God evolves

{John 1:1–5, 9–13; 15:1–6}

the Word–God is the example of completion–perfection

that declares and explains God the Father

and gives the knowledge that is the eternal life

{John 1:18; 10:30; 13:15; 17:1–26; 1 John 1:1–2; 3:1–7}

the Word–God is the Beginning and the End, the Alfa and the Omega

{Revelation 21:5–6; John 19:30; 4:13–14; 7:37–39}:

the everything of man who is ascending to God.

The Word–God creates the foundation – στερεωμα {as the firmament of the new world – Genesis 1:6; James 1:18; 1 Peter 1:23–25; Ephesians 2:10} within the human essence and gives the knowledge of God that is the everlasting life: on the στερεωμα, by the Holy Spirit, the immortal child of God is created–built–established with knowledge of God, by the Power of God, and with the Energy issuing from God {in: Psalm 103(104):30Εξαποστελεις το Πνευμα Σου και κτισθησονται – Thou shall send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created( established/made); Psalm 17(18):1–2: Αγαπησω Σε, Κυριε ισχυς μου. Κυριος στερεωμα μουI love Thee, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my firmament; John 1:1–4, 12–13; 3:5–6; 7:37–39; 16:13–15; Ephesians 2:1–22}.

When the one accepts the Word–God, the knowledge that He gives – the knowledge of God (knowledge of the law of God, His will, His commandments, His mercy, His Perfection and His Love – the Absolute Good), becomes the Firmament {Κυριος Στερεωμα μου – The Lord is my Firmament – Psalm 17(18):2} – the foundation of the one’s intelligence/reasoning and the framework–space, in which a human being

evolves into the dwelling of God

is enabled to accept the Holy Spirit of God – the Divine Fire

Who ignites the eternal life within the creature of dust

is prepared for the eternity in the presence of God.

By Christ and in Christ – by the Word–God and in the Word–God – an immortal human child of God comes into being and will be resurrected/transformed for the eternity with God {John 1:12–13; 3:16–17; 11:25–26; 17; 1 Peter 1; 1 John 3:1–3; Ephesians 2; 1 Corinthians 15; Galatians 3:26–29; 4:6–7; Colossians 1; 2; 3}.

The eternal life in the realm/kingdom of God Who is the Spirit {John 4:24} is possible only if the Word–God becomes the στερεωμα, within which, by the power of God and because of the will of God, a human being is transformed/re–created into the immortal child of God: the certain firstfruit of creations made in likeness of the Word–God – the Word of Truth {James 1:18; 1 John 3:1–2; Romans 8:28–30; Colossians 1:9–22; 3:10–11}, the one who lives by the Holy Spirit and who is enabled to withstand the eternity in the presence of God the Spirit {while the Old Testament’s human being is not able to see God and live – Exodus 33:18–20}.

Therefore, when the Old Testament’s texts tell that God is the prophet’s στερεωμα {Αγαπησω Σε, Κυριε ισχυς μου. Κυριος στερεωμα μου, και καταφυγη μου, και Ρυστης μου – I love Thee, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my firmament, and my refuge, and my Deliverer – Psalm 17(18):1–2} and the human heart is firmly established (εστερεωθη) in God {1 Kings 2:1}, they convey knowledge revealed by the Holy Spirit {John 5:39; 2 Peter 1:19–21}:  man shall live by God, because of God, and in God {John 5:39–47; 6:45–58; 10:11–18, 27–30; 17:21–26}.

Concerning στερεωμα, or the firmament, see

– Psalm 17(18):1–2: Αγαπησω Σε, Κυριε ισχυς μου. Κυριος Στερεωμα μου, και καταφυγη μου, και Ρυστης μου {I love Thee, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my Firmament, and my refuge, and my Deliverer – Psalm 17(18):1–2}

*10* Traditional translation of ημεις δε νουν Χριστου εχομεν {in: 1 Corinthians 2:16}, where νουν is a derivative of νοος – intelligence, reasoning, mind, and εχομεν – interpreted as “have,” is “we have/possess the mind of Christ” [*].

However, Christ is the Word–God; humans are not capable of having the mind of God. Besides, to ascribe to a human being attributes of God is blasphemy.  Obviously, the translation is inadequate. Indeed, the word εχομεν should not be interpreted as a derivative of εχω from primary word  σχεω  – to hold; εχομεν is a shortened form of εχομενως, which conveys meanings of contiguity, following something, close connection, proximity. Strict meaning of ημεις δε νουν Χριστου εχομεν is “we just/exactly the reasoning of Christ follow.”

*11* Wisdom is the power of reason/intelligence, with which a human being survives and evolves into the child of God. This power is given by the Holy Spirit Who comes because of the Word–God, the Holy Wisdom of God – Λογος, Αγια Σοφια – to the one who has faith in Lord Jesus Christ, the Word–God, who loves God, who accepted the knowledge of God, and who proved his love to God with observance of His commandments and with the deeds of good {John 14:14–26; 15:10–17; 17; 1 John 3; 4}.

In 1 Corinthians 2:6–16, St. Paul the Apostle writes of the Holy Wisdom given by the Holy Spirit, of the power of God, which is the foundation of faith, and of intelligence, reason, mind of those who just/exactly follow the reasoning of Christ {δε νουν Χριστου εχομεν1 Corinthians 2:15–16}.

Hence, wisdom of a human being is the state of empowerment, when a human being, who has been receiving the Divine Energy and knowing the Law of God, becomes the co–worker of God and creator of works that actualize the will of God within the world given into the dominion of man {John 14; 15; 16; 17; 1 Corinthians 3:9}.

Wisdom might be also defined as comprehension of the Law of God and the subsequent ability to observe the Law: to live according to the Law of God, to embody the Law of God into the daily life – the reality of own existence. As such, wisdom initiates and sustains human evolution, which is the process of transformation into the immortal child of God destined for the eternity in the presence of God.

At the level of the human mind, wisdom is the power that enables the mind

a/ to comprehend the Law of God that controls existence of the world

b/ to create invincible establishments/systems for achievement of the purposes that actualize the will of God within the human world

c/ to accomplish own evolution, for instance, as development–achievement of the maximal potency of reasoning, comprehension and creation of knowledge.

Wisdom has the greatest significance for the one’s life and well–being, because it defines the main factors controlling human existence and leads to accomplishment of the main purpose – obtaining life everlasting in the presence of God:

G o d

          Faith ←→ Wisdom

         ↓              ↓

          Freedom ←→ Knowledge

            ↓                 ↓

Invincibility ←→ Evolution

                         ↓                    ↓

Survival @ the earth       Life everlasting in the presence of God

Although the very idea of invincibility within the world of dissipating material realities, systems, and structures seems to be illogical, it will continue to exist, because it reflects the true nature of a free being created in the image and after likeness of free Almighty and Omnipotent God and therefore, capable of receiving the precious gift of God: the gift of wisdom.

*12* The law of irreversibility of cognition controls the dimension of time; without irreversibility of cognition, the optimization and development as the increase of mind’s complexity are not possible (the increase of complexity is the development, also referred to as optimization and evolution).

Concerning the law of irreversibility, see Introduction to the Systems Logic (esp. Note *15*) – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_1.

The following except from The New That Never Was Before – Folder Archive_2011, Page 5_September_October_2011, illustrates the impact of the laws of irreversibility

Excerpt

“The New That Never Was Before

…The law of irreversibility of cognition and the law of irreversibility of the matter are the constant part of the laws with which the temporal world of men is built.

When the ancient heathen philosophers came to understanding of the phenomenon of irreversibility, they invented a special deity: the inexorable Fate, the embodiment of the power that keeps everyone in his very own inferno of fixed destiny as a slave is kept in fetters by his ruthless owner. They imagined their world as the flux – the stream of changes that creates life, yet, their reality was the dark cage of prisoners without true knowledge of the world and, firstly, without knowledge of freedom.

In the heathen world, the destiny is inexorable indeed, because, if there is no knowledge of the Law of God – the main Law that defines the human nature, each thought and each action might violate the Law. The violations of the Law lead to the perversion of the nature, that is to suffering, mental and physical illness, disorders of all kinds, and premature death. The way of the evil is the same for everyone and it has the same stages and the same end: nothing can be changed, because the main pattern of the evil always is unvarying:

degenerationdisordercollapsedeathdisintegration

Starting with Moses, the Prophets not only diagnosed the symptoms and omens of the coming disasters, wars, plagues, and other calamities; they told the reason, why the grief and suffering would come {e.g., The Book of Jeremiah}.

For instance, Isaiah the Prophet left the concise description of the Past, Present, and the Future of the earth, which will be ruined for the sins of her inhabitants, because they broke the everlasting covenant and served the evil instead of God. He also mentions the same two patterns that are the essence of the world and that are completed in two different ways: one that is concluded with ruin, destruction, and collapse and another leading to salvation {Isaiah 24:1–21; 26:1–15}.

So, in the world of those who are given the knowledge of God, the choice is a possible.

Any human mind that is born into the world without God, in fact, has no choice: all that it can learn, contemplate, invent, comprehend, create – everything is evil or serves the evil; there is no exit from the realm of the evil, and there is no knowledge that other realm exists.

The essence of the heathen world and the meaning of life within such a world might be inferred from Isaiah the Prophet’s writings concerning those who commit iniquities (e.g., idol–worshipers, heathens, apostates): they live in ignorance, and they are unable to understand why and from where all disasters come: they are as the blind who feel the wall, who feel at noon as at midnight. While they expect enlightenment, they walk in perplexity; their ways are destruction and misery. They are misled, so they may be devoured {Isaiah 9:12–16; 59:4–10}.

The same description might be applied to those who are born as the heathens and do not know true God: the ignorance does not protect from consequences of deeds committed in ignorance…”

*13* Kαιρος is the moment–state–condition of actualization of the Law of God: the completeness either of evolution or destruction, the point at which

a/ the system reaches the maximum either of its potency or of its weakness, which both result in impracticality/inability to exist at the present conditions

b/ when the system achieved all possible results it was capable of achieving within the time–space–complexity settings, with the resources it was enabled to access, and through material things it was enabled to create–use–modify–consume–destroy

c/ when, within the present settings, further existence of the system is inconsistent with the purposes of the Creator.

Concerning καιρος, see Note *9* to The Discernment – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_3

*14* The prophets envisioned the knowledge of the evil, especially the knowledge of idol–worshipers as the lethal poison that debilitates and annihilates the reasoning/life of the mind that serves the evil.

When the mind discards the law of God, rejects God, and creates for itself other gods/idols before the face of God, it becomes as the waterless land, ashes and dust, because it loses the abilities of discerning the good and the evil: it transforms itself into the likeness to the idols, which it has created {Psalm 134(135):15–18; Isaiah 44:20}. Thus, it transforms itself into the carrier of death – own and of the others, into the offspring of vipers that has no good within: it consumes and carries and propagates the lethal poison of the ancient arch–serpent, the incurable rage of asps {θυμος δρακοντων ο οινος αυτων, και θυμος ασπιδων ανιατος – Deuteronomy 32:33; Isaiah 59:1–15; Matthew 12:34–35; 15:12–14; 23:1–35; John 8:43–45; Romans 3:13}, and it, as well as its fruits–creations–deeds, becomes abomination to God.

Forgiveness

…And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors…

{Matthew 6:12}

When the disciples asked Lord God Jesus Christ to teach them how to pray, the Lord gave them the prayer to God the Father {Luke 11:1–4; Matthew 6:9–13}.

In this main prayer of the Christian, among other life–sustaining things, we ask for forgiveness of our debts – that is our sins, in the same manner as we forgive those who are our debtors.

Who are those referred to as “our debtors”?

They are those who have sinned against us, those who we hold guilty in our mind: who insulted us, deprived us of our possession, told us lies instead of truth, persecuted, deceived, and wronged us by any possible way. They are those who inflicted harm or murdered our relatives and friends, and those who threatened our life, well–being, and health. There are many ways and many roads leading to sin – that is inability to create and to give the good to the others. Such inability is the root of sin before God and before the others.

Some people differentiate sins by a degree of deprivation of good and by intensity of suffering inflicted upon the others. However, the very possibility of existence of any sin stems from the inner state of human soul–heart–mind; it means that there is neither big nor small sin: all sins, in fact, have one reason and one foundation – insufficient love to God and to the others. Besides, the one is not able to love God and in the same time to hate His creations: love to God is not separable from love to the creations of God. Any sin against the others is violation of the main commandments given by God – the commandments of love {Matthew 22:37–40; John 13:34–35; 15:12–17}, which makes a sinner incapable of perfection in mercy and love, without which the one is unable to enter the eternity with the Perfect God Who is Love {1 John 4:7–21}.

In general, the essence of sin is the failure to create or to cognize good. Sin also is making/giving place to/assuming/doing the evil instead of creation/doing the good: everything and anything that contains the seed of the evil becomes the evil and leads to evil – makes someone to sin. Each time when we fail to create good, we sin before God: we become debtors who fail to fulfill the obligations before God and to bring Him “the fruits of the harvest” that is our efforts to be adequate to the world founded upon and living by the Almighty Love.

Our God is the Absolute Good and the Almighty Love; He is perfect and merciful. Love of God is the life–creating and life–sustaining power. Consequently, the greatest sin, which leads to death, is hatred to the others. In brief, hatred might be envisioned as the desire to enjoy by suffering and death of the others. Those who have hatred to the others dwell in death: they are murderers, yet any murderer has no life everlasting within. The one who has learned to forgive and therefore, to love the others becomes incapable of adverse judgment and unable to sin against the others: he has learned how to live according to commandments of God {Matthew 5; 6; 7; 18:10–35; 22:37–40; Mark 11:23–26; Luke 6:35–49; 10:25–37; John 14; 15; 1 John 2:4–5; 3; 4; 5:16–17}.

So, we have to forgive those who hate us: our enemies who anticipate our death, and who are happy when we suffer. There is no other way for those who identify themselves as “the Christians,” and it cannot be, because our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ asked for forgiveness of those who crucified Him {Luke 23:33–34}.

The measure of true human greatness is the ability to forgive those who have sinned against us – that is the ability to be merciful to those who inflicted evil and harm on us. By forgiving the others, we imitate our God {1 John 1:5–9; 2:6}, therefore, become His children and prove our readiness for His kingdom.

And I think that there is one more reason to forgive. By forgiving the others, we free ourselves: we set ourselves free from the necessity to revenge the harm inflicted upon us and from the bad memories that keep us wandering among the tombs of the past*1* and make us suffer again and again and again. Therefore, by forgiving the sins against us, we set ourselves free

from the double–sided sword of sin that wounds us

1/ by evil and harm inflicted upon us by the others – those who sin against as and therefore became our debtors

2/ by our own negative feelings and bad memories,

which are not able to correct the past, yet poison our present and might impact our future

by making us, because of the memories of the evil, in some way co–related with the evil

↓             ↑

tenets of the arch–evil whose essence is death revealing itself through hatred,

adverse judgment, revenge, retribution, joy because of suffering of the others

By forgiving the others, we make ourselves worthy of forgiveness by God and, from the darkness of insufficiency of love, enter the light of mercy and perfection.

By forgiving the others, we destroy the evil that our debtors have done to us; hence, we make the world the better place for us and for those who will come after us.

The one who has learned how to forgive has learned the true meaning of preparation for the kingdom of God, because he follows the Light of the world, and it cannot be otherwise for the children of God: the essence of man is the image and likeness of Almighty Merciful Perfect and Loving God in Whom there is no darkness; the Light of Love is the essence of eternity {John 1:1–18; 3:16–21; 5:24; 8:12; 9:5; 12:46–50; 14:6, 12–28; 15; 17; 1 John 1:1–7; Revelation 21:1–7, 22–23; 22:3–5}…

The Victory and the Peace

…I leave peace to you; My peace I give to you. I give you not as the world gives.

Let not you heart be agitated nor let it be fearful…

…in Me, peace you may have. In the world, you have distress,

but be encouraged, I have overcome the world…

{John 14:27; 16:33}

…everything having been born of God overcomes the world,

and this is the victory overcoming the world, our faith…

{1 John 5:4}

St. John the Apostle makes two interconnected mentions of the victory overcoming the world: in the Gospel, when he conveys the words of our Lord God and Savior {Εγω νενικηκα τον κοσμον – John 16:33}, and in his Epistle, when he expresses his conviction – faith is the victory overcoming the world {η νικη η νικησασα τον κοσμον  – 1 John 5:4}.

Both texts also carry the same message: the essence of faith is knowledge of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Word–God, life–giving Love, through Whom all that exists came into existence, and revelation of God the Creator {John 1:1–18; 10:30; 14; 17; 1 John 5:4–5; 4:9–10}. Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God – the Word–God, seeks faith on the earth – in human soul–heart–mind that He would take as His Own possession into the eternity with Him {in: Luke 18:8; John 9:35–39; 11:25–26; 17:1–8}, because He is της πιστεως Αρχηγον και Tελειωτην – the Author/Chief of faith and the One Who completes, makes perfect, and consummates faith {Hebrews 12:2}.

St. Paul the Apostle provides the hint for ultimate comprehension of faith*1* when he writes that now he knows in part, but then, his knowledge will be complete. Now remains faith, which is also the evidence of things not being seen {1 Corinthians 13:13; Hebrews 11:1}. St. John the Apostle also writes of the future, when the children of God – the ones who shall be like Him – shall see Him as He is {1 John 3:1–2}.

Thus, the one could envision faith as the foreknowledge, as the expectation of the ultimate knowledge, which now cannot be comprehended in its entirety, yet which in the same time is the true foundation of life and reason that has been created and is sustained by the divine energy coming from God, and which eventually shall be completely revealed and understood.

From a particular point of view, faith also might be seen as an ability to know the limitations of the current conditions and as the openness to the learning [[or recollection –?]]. Probably, the part of reconciliation with God is re–discovery of the knowledge concerning original abilities to communicate with God and to be in His presence: for the original sin, our ancestors had to forfeit this knowledge, because they wanted to cognize the good and the evil. Moreover, this choice originated the subsequent necessities (because the evil neither exists in the presence of God nor is able to enter the Eternity):

– to descend to the level where the evil is able to exist, thus, to be separated from God

– to pass through death – the consummation of the evil given into comprehension of man.

Until the mind exists within the world of the matter and the human soul–spirit–mind is carried by the “vessel of clay” – the matter/body of flesh under the law of death*2*, the complete knowledge of God and His kingdom as well as the ability to see God are beyond of human reach. They are the subject of faith – expectation of the life everlasting given with the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ and to the one who has been given the authority to become a child of God – a being that lives by God and dwells in His Love {Genesis 2:8, 15–22; 3:8–10; 19; 21–23; Exodus 33:20; John 1:1–18; 3:1–21; 14; 15; 16; 17; 2 Corinthians 4:6–7, 10–14, 18; Hebrews 11:1–3, 6}.

All that is given now comes through faith in Lord Jesus Christ Who is the Son of God and the Son of Man, yet, Who in the same time is the revelation of God within man and Almighty God Who came into the world of death to deliver His creations from death and to open the way home. Since, the followers of God receive the Holy Spirit of truth – the Paraclete and the Teacher. However, those without faith, who perceive only the world of the matter, are not able to receive the Holy Spirit, because they do not believe and know. The unbelievers can neither perceive nor know God. Those who believe seek God; they find Him if a/ they observe His commandments and b/ they have

1/ the faith–expectation of the Future, when the ability to exist in the presence of God and dwell with Him will again be destiny of men

2/ the ability to embody the faith into the righteous life–actions in truth and good, even without hope to be rewarded or recognized by the world  {Genesis 3:8–9; John 6:46–47; 10:30; 11:25–26; 14:6–11, 15–31; 1 John 3:9–18;  4:13–15; Hebrews 11:6, 39; 12: 1–29; Revelation 21:3–4; 22:3–5}.

To come to faith, the mind has

– to accept current restrictedness, limitations, and un–readiness, thus, to comprehend insufficiency and to find the way to comprehension of completeness of perfection: the way to God

– to comprehend humility and humbly accept inability of the mind to learn, to know, to have wisdom, and to obtain the eternity without God

– to find God within own heart and to accept the divine nature as the reality of human existence – whatever kind of evil has been done in the Past, love of God overcomes the sinful world, therefore, the hope and salvation*3* are opened and available for everyone

– to evaluate the surrounding world with the only true criterion – the Word–Law–Will of God.

Then, the mind might be empowered to understand the true essence of the world with all its hierarchies, which apparently, are arranged by human pride and false pretences – that is by desire of self–exaltation, yet, which in fact, reflect the degrees of evil: the higher level of pride and exaltation the greater evil is behind.

Such understanding opens the path to the victory over the world.

The meaning of victory includes also a developed ability to comprehend that there is a world beyond comprehension and there is continuation of live after the physical death, and there is God – the invisible non–cognizable Almighty Spirit, the Creator of the universe, in which there are many domains, including the special one prepared for the children of God created in image and after likeness of God {Genesis 1:27; John 14:1–3; 17:24; Revelation 21; 22}.

Re–discovery of own divine inheritance {1 Peter 1:3–5} makes life (as the passage through the world of the matter) meaningful and the victory over the world plausible.

From some point of view, victory might be seen as a fulfillment of some purpose within the settings with adverse conditions: to conquer another state, to overcome temporal material difficulties, etc.

So, in theory, it is quite logical and simple: in the beginning, the mind chose the ability to know the good and the evil; therefore now, it must cognize the essence of the world it has assembled with knowledge of the evil, to judge it by the Word–God, and – if it is ready to comprehend all the evil it has unleashed – to turn to God in a search of forgiveness*4* and salvation–illumination with the knowledge that is the everlasting life {John 17:3}.

In practice, to achieve this purpose and to overcome the world, therefore to be victorious, the mind has to disregard the very foundations of daily existence, firstly, the underlying desire of self–exaltation, pride, and presumption of own superiority. Who of those living by the material values of the material world is capable of that? Indeed, as our ancestors discovered, the greatest conquerors are not those who have defeated alien armies; the greatest ones are those who have conquered themselves.

Furthermore, within the world in the state of uninterrupted war and struggle of everyone for the sake of everything, the most precious value of victory is the promise of peace: a possibility to live in security and abundance, in satiety of soul–spirit–mind and body.

During the last conversation with His disciples, in the last hours before the crucifixion, Lord Jesus Christ promised them His peace and spoke the words of encouragement: He had overcome the world in which His followers always have distress, and He will come to them again. Although He is leaving the world, He will not leave them as orphans: He is going away, and He is coming to them. A little while, and the world will not perceive (θεωρει – acknowledge, behold, perceive, see) Him, but they will perceive (θεωρειτε). Because He lives, they also will live {John 14:18–19, 27–28; 16:33}; because He is the Light, His very Own ones will not be lost in the darkness*5*: they follow the Lord and Shepherd, Who is the Overseer of their souls, into His kingdom where He is the Light {John 1:1–5; 9:4–5; 1 Peter 1; 2:25; 1 John 1:5; Revelation 21:23; 22:1–5}.

Among the inferences, which the one could make from the referred above words of God, is that the presence of God is perceivable for His followers, and His presence is the life and the light of His followers.

Then indeed, in the world, the Christians always have distress – they had seen all evils that the sons of the evil are capable of pouring out unto the others: Christians were

– crucified and fed to the beasts at the circuses of the Roman Empire

– plundered, raped, and killed in Constantinople by Catholic Crusaders

– burned at the stakes of the papal Inquisition

– tortured and killed by the papal servants – religious orders, which planted Catholicism by sword and fire

– sold into slavery, tortured and exterminated by the people of other religions, especially, in the Islamic and totalitarian states

– exiled in Siberia, killed in the churches blown up by the Bolshevik commissars, put into mental asylums, labor camps and prisons, executed in communist Russia.

Christians had cognized the fullest measure of persecutions, pain, suffering, injustice, false accusations, fury of the ignorant mob, malice and ruthlessness of the executioners.

Who then, are the Christians: what they have done to deserve such a treatment?

A Christian is the one who believes in Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Word–God, Who promised to come into the soul–heart–mind of the one who accepts His words and accomplishes His commandments {Matthew 5:17–48; 22:37–40; Mark 12:29–31; Luke 6:27–49; John 13:34–35; 15:12, 17}. When a Christian receives the Holy Spirit – the Divine Fire cast by the Word–God onto the earth/man, he becomes the dwelling, the living temple of the Living God, the servant of God who is instructed and led by the Holy Spirit, who listens to the words of God and accomplish the will of God {Deuteronomy 4:24; Luke 12:49; John 5:24; 6:28–29; 12:26; 14:1–28; 15:1–13; 16:27–28; 17; 1 John 4:13; 5:1–8; 1 Corinthians 3:16–17; 2 Corinthians 3:17–18; 6:16–18; Ephesians 2:13–22; Hebrews 12:29}.

Since, the Christians are recognized by love they have to the others {John 13:34–35; 1 John}, because only love confirms presence of the Word–God within the human soul–heart–mind: only love makes the evil irrelevant and impotent, although the evil has all the armies, all the weapons, and although it is enabled to take life, happiness, wealth, health, and everything valuable of any living being.

Justifiably, anyone who is not a Christian could ask seemingly logical question: what kind of peace the Christians could ever have within the world controlled by the evil and death?

What is the peace promised by the Son of Man Who was facing torturing agonizing death – the worst one of those invented by the Phoenicians*6* – the cursed ones, the servants and the food of the arch–evil?

What is the victory over the world, if the Victor was crucified, His followers scattered in fear, and have to accomplish their work in the world that hates their God and subsequently, hates them, betrays them, condemns them to suffering and death, and strives to wipe them out from the face of the earth created by their God?

What then, the Christians could expect from the world that has rejected its Creator and, as the sick wicked perverted poisonous animal, which has neither understanding nor any good within {e.g., Isaiah 56:10–12; 59:2–15} yet attempts to bite and to kill its Owner and His people and therefore is rejected by its Owner, is left to face its death {Matthew 10:16–42; 23; 24; 25; Mark 13:9–27; Luke 21:12–36; John 8:37–47; 15:18–25; 16:32–33; 17:9–26; 18:36; 19:1–42; 2 Peter 3}?

What gives to the Christians the inner strength, determination, and faith that neither suffering nor death is able to undermine?

If the one’s reasoning applies the logic of the material things*7*, for instance, such as the Aristotelian materialism – the logic, upon which the current civilization sits, there is no explanation of the phenomenon of the Christianity.

If to accept the actuality that there is something more than the visible material things and material values, the explanation can be found: Christians have different focus and different prospective; they live by the Spirit of God, therefore, by the values that are incomprehensible for those who live by the material things*7* that compose the world of the matter {e.g., Exodus 34:14; Deuteronomy 4:24, 39; Isaiah 40:10–31; 51:6; Mark 12:29–34; John 13:34–35; 2 Corinthians 4:18; Philippians 3:18–21} –

those who live by this world do not acknowledge/perceive the Word–God,

and they do not know the Holy Spirit

Christians live by the Word–God:

they acknowledge Him, perceive Him, love Him, and confirm their love by observing His commandments

{John 14:15–17, 23–26; 15; 16; 17; 1 John 5:3}

Therefore, there are two different and incompatible foundations on which two incompatible and mutually irreconcilable systems of perception–reasoning–values–knowledge exist:

– Christian reasoning, the peace and values of a Christian {e.g., Matthew 5; 6; 7; 10:16–36; Mark 13:12–13; Luke 6:19–49; John 14; 15; 16; 17; Philippians 4:6–9, 12–13} are not compatible with the reasoning and values of those who cultivate abilities to deceive, to enslave, and to corrupt the others, who seek glory, wealth, and pride issuing from the access to the power of coercion, possession of the titles, hierarchies, armies and weapons, which are necessary to wage wars, to kill living beings, to deprive the others of their life–sustaining reserves and possessions

– the reasoning of the people without faith – the people of the material world; they see the Christians as the mentally challenged/insane outcasts {cf.: 1 Corinthians 1:18–31; 2 Corinthians 4:1–18; 6:1–18}. Yet, when they attempt to judge Christians by their own criteria, their logic does not work: they stumble on and are broken by the Precious Corner–Stone, on which the universe is built. With denial of Christian faith, they reject comprehension of the greatest mystery that freely opens to anyone who asks, and seeks, and knocks into the Door of Wisdom {cf.: Matthew 21:42–44; Mark 12:10–11; Luke 11:9–13; John 10:7–9; 1 Peter 2:6–8; Isaiah 28:16; Zacharias 4:7}.

This greatest mystery is revelation of the eternity, of the divine nature of man created for the eternity with God, and comprehension of the absolute power of God over all that He created – the knowledge of God and Jesus Christ Whom He sent that is the everlasting life {John 1:1–18; 10:30; 14; 17}. To perceive this “secret” knowledge given to all those who longs for understanding, the one needs faith and love to God Who completes, makes perfect, and consummates faith {Hebrews 12:2}:

the faith into Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God – the Word–God

|||

the faith in things unseen and unknown by the world of the temporal disintegrating matter

|||

the faith that empowers a human being to discern the presence of God within own soul–heart–mind

and to recognize His image within own soul–heart–mind

|||

the faith that opens the human soul–heart–mind for love to God the Father

|||

the faith that is necessary for transformation into the immortal child of God.

The faith into Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God – the Word–God, opens perception of the reality in which everything that exists came into existence through Him – the Word–God; the faith makes possible to comprehend that the Word–God is the One with the Father, and therefore, He has the absolute authority in the Heavens and upon the earth and upon the everlasting dominion {Matthew 28:18; John 1:1–18; 10:30; 1 John 1:1–4; Daniel 7:9–14; Revelation 1:8; 21:5–7, 22–23; 22:1–5}. The one, who comes to such faith, comes to the Door into the eternal life: he rises above fear, uncertainty, restrictions, limitations, logics of the temporal settings – above the world that lives in darkness, ruled by the arch–evil and controlled by death.

Therefore, if the one obtains the Christian faith, he enters another reality of life: the reality of life by God. Then, he might be enabled to overcome the world that disregards God and become the victor as his Creator and Giver of the everlasting life is the Victor: he is born of God and, as His Son, receives everything from God and inherits the kingdom of God. Faith in Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God – the Word–God, is the victory over the world, and the crown of this victory is the everlasting life in the presence of God {John 14; 15; 16:33;  17; 1 Peter 1; 1 John 5:4–5; Revelation 21:1–7; 22:1–5, 13–14; Zacharias 4:7}.

With faith in Lord Jesus Christ, the peace promised by God comes into the soul–heart–mind empowered to see beyond the limits of the material world – it is set free, because it does not have fear of those who can kill/take the life of a body, yet who are not able to intervene in the life of soul {Matthew 10:28}:

the foundation of this peace, the Precious Stone, on which a Christian builds his world, is the Word–God

the road to this peace is the Word–God

this peace is the state of the human soul–heart–mind

that became the dwelling place of the Word–God and God the Father –

the living temple of the Living God

{John 14; 17}.

The world of the material things habitually associates the meaning of victory with reality of those who have weapons, armies, systems of offense and defense, therefore the potency to control the others by fear of insufficiency, suffering, and death and to subdue the others by inflicting suffering and death on some for the sake of enslaving all.

Christianity has another meaning of victory, other categories of peace and war*8*: not by the armies and powers of man these wars are waged and won. Under the guidance of faith and by the Omnipotent Almighty Spirit of God Who gives wisdom*9* and the power to embody it into the thoughts, words, and deeds*10*, Christians complete their spiritual battles and come to the spiritual peace {Genesis 9:5–6; Zaharias 4:6; Matthew 26:47–54; Luke 22:47–51; John 18:3–11; 2 Corinthians 5:1–10; Revelation 13:10}.

And I think of the immense power of the Christian faith: faith is stronger than the visible perceivable world is. Faith accelerates coming of καιρος*11* of the human heart–mind (as the completion of the earthly trials), when the unclearness of the vision {1 Corinthians 13:12} dissipates because of coming of the Light – the Word–God, when faith is transformed into knowledge, which can be neither overturn nor disproved for it is the very nature of man*12*, the very fabric from which the human soul–heart–mind is created. This knowledge is the peace promised by the Word–God Who becomes στερεωμα*13* {Psalm 17(18):1–2} of the soul–heart–mind of His followers and gives them the vision of the actuality, which none of the phantoms of impotent and corrupted human imagination*14* can stain. The one who obtains such faith and confirms it by his deeds*10* comes to the Creator as the victor, and his prize is the eternity with God {Revelation 21:5–7; 22:1–5, 13–14}.

 Notes:

*1* Faith is the optimal state of reason. The Holy Scriptures provide the comprehensive definition of faith: all knowledge, all treasures of wisdom, all fullness of life, all power, and all authority are in Lord God Jesus Christ {Matthew 8:5–13; 9:20–22; 14:29–31,36; 17:20; 21:22; Mark 9:23; 11:24–26; Luke 5:20; 8:49–50; 17:6; John 3:16, 36; 14:12; 15:4–7;  1 John 2:20–21, 27; 5:12; 1 Corinthians 13:2, 9–13; 2 Corinthians 5:7; Hebrews 11:1, 32–34; Romans 14:23}. Through faith, the mind learns knowledge of God – the knowledge that is the eternal life {John 17:3}. According to the Christian teachings, faith is life: the life–bearing knowledge of God and the unity of the acquired knowledge with the manner of life; the just one lives by faith {Habakkuk 2:4; Luke 7:50; 1 Peter 1:9; James 2:14–26}. In other words, faith is the state of cognizance/knowing God, love to God, living by God, and unity with God.

See concept of faith in Introduction to Christianity, part 3, Folder The Foundation and The Faith in The Works of God – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic–by–alicesofia.net], page Library_3.

*2* The essence of man – the inner man, of whom St.

St. Paul the Apostle refers to such a new [[renewed]] creation of Christ and in Christ as to the one who is enabled to act as the co–worker of God {Θεου γαρ εσμεν συνεργοι1 Corinthians 3:9}, who is the God’s field and God’s building/construction {Θεου γεωργιον, Θεου οικοδομη  – 1 Corinthians 3:9}.

During the earthly phase of existence, a human being is a temporal life–carrying unity of spirit–flesh, or soul–heart–mind–body, or energy–matter, accommodated within the realm composed of the units of the structured matter, which are the energy derivatives created/arranged at different levels of complexity.

Part II. Apostasy – file for download @ website Systems Logic [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_2

*3* The act of salvation as redemption of the world and liberation from the power of the arch–evil {undoing the disobedience and distrust of man: the original sin – Genesis 3} and the planting of the seed of the eternal life, was done at the cross, when the crucified Son of Man

fulfilled the Divine Law and accomplished the Divine Justice by taking on Himself the sins of man

shed His Blood instead of the blood of man

placed His Soul for the soul of man and gave His life for resurrection of the living dead.

At the moment of death, of the Son of Man, by the Son of God – the Word–God – the Almighty Omnipotent Love of God was consummated, the Word–God became the firmament, foundation, essence {στερεωμα – Genesis 1:6–8; Psalm 17(18):1–2} of human soul–heart–mind, and a new creation who is granted the authority to become a child of God born of God came into being {Mark 10:45; John 1:12–13; 6:33–58; 7:37–39; 12:23–28; 19:28–30, 33–37; James 1:18; 1 Peter; 1 John 3:5; 4:9–19; 5:1–8; Ephesians 2:1–10, 13–22; Revelation 22:1; Isaiah 51:4–7; 53:3–12}.

*4*  At the moment of forgiveness – when God forgives the sins because of repentance of man – the essence of sinful man is melted by the Divine Fire of the Omnipotent Perfect and All–forgiving Love of God, the evil of man is annihilated, and a new–born creation of God comes to life. This future of man was foreseen by the Old Testament Prophets and became the actuality of human existence after Lord Jesus Christ – the Word–God, the Son of God and the Son of man, committed His soul for the salvation of man {Isaiah 59:12–21; Daniel 12:10; Malachi 3:1–3; John 10:11; 15:13; 19:28–30; 1 John 5:1–5}.

Since, a true Christian – follower of Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God – the Word–God, loves Him as his own soul and fulfill His commandments as his own will.

From the distant Past of the dark world under the shadow of death, came this expression of faith and hope: the Lord – Light and Savior – would lighten the darkness of man {Psalms 26:1; 17.29}.

And He – Lord God Jesus Christ – came to fulfill the hope of His creations; since, His light illuminates the darkness of those who seek freedom from sin, righteousness and wisdom (that is those who seek life). He cast the Fire upon the earth {our God is the consuming Fire  – Deuteronomy 4:24; man is the earth – Genesis 3:20}; since, through Him, the Holy Spirit of truth comes to dwell in the human heart: to annihilate darkness of ignorance, to grant knowledge, understanding, and wisdom, and to open the life everlasting. He passed through earthly life and agonizing death, which the cursed men*6* invented for those who they held to be criminals. He was burdened with the sick world lingering in misery of sin. However, by the act of absolute fulfillment of the will of God the Father, He expiated the original sin and became the Atonement for the sins of the world. By His Own free choice, He laid down His life for the sake of salvation and life of the world: He passed through death and He – God of life – annihilated the power, which death assumed over His creations. Since, by His wounds, His followers are healed, by His love the image of God is restored within the heart of the believer and the highest wisdom accessible for the human mind, the life everlasting, and His kingdom are opened for those who believe in Him {Isaiah 44:6; 53:1–12; Luke 12:49; John 1:4, 9; 3:14–21; 8:12, 23–25, 34–36; 9:5; 10:17–18; 11:25–26; 12:46; 14:1–6, 15–27; 16:7–15; 1 John 1:5–7; 3:1–6; 4:9–10; 5:11–13}.

If to consider the meaning of the events behind the words with which the languages of men convey the actions of God, it might be seen that the Holy Scriptures describe two completed acts of creation {Genesis; The New Testament} and foretell the third act of creation – the Future {Revelation 21:5}.

In the beginning, the earth–dust–matter was formed into a body of this that would be a child–dwelling of God. The breath of God – the Spirit of God became life of the being made into the image and after likeness of God.

Then, one act of distrust followed with rejection and disobedience separated man, and with him all his descendents, from God. So, what was left of man but the dissipating matter doomed to arise for the moment of physical existence and then to return into the dust from which it is formed {Genesis 3:19; 6:3}? Man was exiled to dwell on the earth cursed for his failure. Then, from all those that lived within the world, which in its hostility and hatred to God invented the heathenism – worship to the beast, God has chosen one tribe to receive the Law. The Spirit of God lived within the chosen ones {e.g., the prophets – Psalm 50:13} to sustain the chain of the living until the True Light would illuminate the entire world. Knowledge and fulfillment of the Law (the Law of God is the essence of the original, normal human nature) had to prepare the human clay for transformation into the temple–dwelling of the Holy Spirit {Isaiah 45:9; 64:8; Malachi 3:1–3; 1 Corinthians 3:16–17; 2 Corinthians 4:7; 6:16}.

The word Τετελεσται – it has been completed–finished–ended {John 19:28–30}, which was uttered at the moment of physical death of the only One Who is without sin and Who is the Son of God and the Son of man, marks the moment of the greatest miracle and the greatest act of love unsurpassed by its significance. The word  Τετελεσται  uttered by God indicates the re–creation of man, when, with the physical death of the Son of God and Son of man, the Spirit of God became the Light and Life of a child of God. At this moment, the Fire was cast on the earth: the human nature received its completion and redemption by the Holy Spirit, by God Himself. Knowledge of the greatest evil–death was completed and evil as the unavoidable condition of earthly life was annihilated: it became the history, the Past of children of God. Since, the passage through physical death is entrance to the homeland, into the next world in which God will dwell with His creations. The life everlasting again became the inherent feature of human nature, and the words of Lord God Jesus Christ “I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved… I am the Way and Truth and Life. No one comes to Father except through Me” {John 10:9; 14:6} fulfilled.

And I think about the meaning of deprivation of the human mind from its Creator. What forces the mind to reject God and to believe that heathenism, and especially such subdivision of this misconception as atheism, could be an expression of human intelligence? Could any possibility to reconcile human reason and such products of evil imagination as atheism and idol–worship exist? And what about the religions, which substitute the false knowledge produced by evil imagination for the true knowledge of God? So far, the only answer I could find is that whichever methods are used, when people attempt to deprive the others of God,

– the purpose is self–exaltation often combined with unrestrained lust for the absolute power over the others and pursuit of material or other privileges

– the essence of methods and techniques is always the same – it is three fatal substitutions:

false knowledge takes the place of truth

↓          ↑

evil assumes the appearance of good

death is masked as life

– the results are always the same: idols – false deities, deified men or human establishments – religious, political institutions, states, party leaders, take the place in the temple of God (in the mind and in the places of public worship) and showing themselves to be gods {2 Thessalonians 2:3–4}.

Through the centuries, those who attempted to deprive people of God, therefore, to denigrate the human nature and to establish that man is only a beast that lives, procreates, and dies as animals cultivated to be slaughtered because their flesh and skin serve the bodily needs of men, – all of them, by the very manner of their life, by their values and “accomplishments,” by their very own life and death, proved only that

– without God, man is nothing but the earth–dust, or the moving animated matter existing to be enslaved by sin: ignorance and corruption are the destiny of those who do not have knowledge of God, even if the entire world recognizes them as geniuses, prophets, or saints

– in actuality, the words intelligence, wisdom, reasoning  are the senseless mixture of letters and sounds for those without knowledge of God: all they are capable of is the technical knowledge of the world of dissipating matter.

For instance, if to consider our time, they produce the weapons of mass destruction, postpone decay of a dead body until the inner organs harvested, educate in methods to use “carrot and stick,”  and sell to humans drugs and vaccines developed for rodents. They might excel in technical development and invent plenty of devices intended to facilitate the physical labor (that is usually called “progress of mankind”). Nevertheless, they are incapable to eliminate any of such well–known evils as poverty, hunger, illiteracy, physical and mental diseases, malice, envy, greed, deceit, pain, and suffering – not only the plagues known since the Antiquity exist now; the horde of new diseases and new methods to inflict immense suffering grows daily. At the same time, such attributes of human intelligence as knowledge of good, knowledge of the essence of the world, including life and death, the actuality of the world created by God, wisdom, and their summary – the ability to create good and well–being of people, remain unknown.

Ultimately, those who assume the possibility of life without God and especially those who deprive the others of true knowledge of God, might be likened the moving matter–dust, which comes to existence in the darkness, spends the short moment of its existence in darkness, and vanishes in darkness; its ultimate destiny is similar to the rotten fabric left to be dissolved in tomb, yet, it has assumed the right to teach the others and to force them to live and to die in ignorance, corruption, and sin.

And I think that the main problem of the contemporary societies is that such animated rotten matter–dust has sneaked at the positions of authority – in politics, religions, sciences, education, and culture, and now it blinds by the false knowledge as the storm in the desert blinds the travelers with sand. It pollutes the world by the very fact of its existence, yet, it strives to construct the indestructible wall (e.g., in the likeness of the Stalin’s iron curtain), which would forever close to the others the road to freedom of cognition, therefore, to God. Yet, in its time, it dissipates without trace, because only by the Light and Love of God man lives and becomes the child of God destined for the eternity {John 1:12–13; 3:3–7, 14–19; 9:5; 10:30} .

Despair and hopelessness crawl into my mind when I think of

– the history of the current civilization: in general, its essence is enslavement of men and deprivation of freedom – the universal pattern of slavery described by Plato–Aristotle’s utopia appears with slight variations, yet, inevitably within any establishment

– apparent futility of thousands of years struggle with political and religious institutions, which enslave human beings through deceit and coercion and which in their arrogance of ignorance and pretense on possession “the absolute power” assume the rights

a/  to control other human beings and to force them to live and to die according to the will, necessity, or amusement of those with access to the power of coercion

b/  to fabricate their own rules, morals, and inhumane laws  and to impose them forcefully unto the others

c/  to transform human beings created into the image and after likeness of God into speechless animals – the Aristotelian human chattel doomed to serve bodily needs of the owners.

At such moments of darkness, the only light I see is the words of God. Indeed, who is able to withstand the will of God and to separate His children from Him if He chooses them {John 6:37–40; 10:25–30}? Who is able to disprove that “neither death nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from love of God in Christ Jesus, our Lord” {Romans 8:38–39}?

I know that all that is impossible for men is possible for God; this knowledge lifts up the veil of darkness and despair: the greatest miracle already happened, and this miracle is open to everyone who wants to see – salvation and illumination of the world through the only True Light, Creator and Savior – Lord God Jesus Christ.  Indeed, the only thing concerning the others that any Christian would ask from God – let everyone of those around us comes to the Light: to create the good, to live righteously, and to become a child of God {Matthew 18:11–14; John 1:12–13; 1 John 3:1–10}.

Even if the earthly life is the way in darkness, darkness is not able to overcome the Light {John 1:5}…”

*9* In brief, wisdom is the power of reason/intelligence, with which a human being survives and evolves into the child of God.

St. Paul the Apostle writes {in: 1 Corinthians 2:6–16} of the Holy Wisdom given by the Holy Spirit, of the power of God, which is the foundation of faith, and of intelligence, reason, mind.

Excerpt

“…Wisdom of a human being is the state of empowerment, when a human being, who has been receiving the Divine Energy and knowing the Law of God, becomes the co–worker of God and creator of works that actualize the will of God within the world given into the dominion of man {John 14; 15; 16; 17; 1 Corinthians 3:9}.

Wisdom might be also defined as comprehension of the Law/Will of God and the subsequent ability to observe the Law – to live according to the Law of God, to embody the Law/Will of God into daily life – the reality of own existence. As such, wisdom initiates and sustains human evolution, which is the process of transformation into the immortal child of God destined for the eternity in the presence of God.

At the level of the human mind, wisdom is the power that enables the mind

a/ to comprehend the Law of God that controls existence of the world

b/ to create invincible establishments/systems for achievement of the purposes that actualize the will of God within the human world

c/ to accomplish own evolution, for instance, as development–achievement of the maximal potency of reasoning, comprehension and creation of knowledge…”

*10* The faith without deeds is dead – it is nothing and it gives nothing. Likewise, knowledge without embodiment of it into the actions and material things is nothing: even the demons believe and tremble – so, they believe in God and fear Him, yet, their faith/knowledge does not save them, because they do not act according to faith/knowledge {cf.: Mark 3:11; Luke 4:33–35; James 2:19}.

The essence of faith might be understood and the truth of faith might be evaluated through analysis of the reasoning (words, which are the fruits of thoughts) and actions/deeds: in the end, God will judge His creation by the deeds they have committed and by the words that came out of their heart {cf.: Matthew 5:27–28; 7:21–27; 12:33–37; 15:18–20;  Luke 6:46–49; James 2:17–26}.

*11* The Greek word καιρος conveys the meaning of the moment of accomplishment, “decisive moment,” when something either actually happens or is fulfilled.  Kαιρος defines

1/ the specific time–space point at which a system realizes its potential to create the most significant knowledge, or achieves its purposes.

2/ the final phase, or the time of completion, when time–range of existence, which is controlled by the laws of irreversibility of cognition and complexity, is completed because the system

– either has accumulated knowledge, obtained the level of complexity, and developed the optimal potential according to the creator’s design

– or has corrupted and perverted its nature and became incapable of evolution–development (that is incapable of accumulating knowledge and reaching its  optimum according to the design of the system’s creator).

As soon as the καιρος is reached {e.g., Genesis 6:5, 12–14} the system has either to be modified/transformed for the next stage of existence or to be destroyed because of its inability to achieve the purposes for the sake of which it has been created.

Therefore, καιρος denotes

a/ the ultimate (closing) act of manifestation of the law, which has been embodied into a particular system that was created to accomplish some purposes

b/ the consequent inability of a system to exist at the settings (time–space–complexity), within which it reached its καιρος.

The law manifests itself either through transformation of a system (that evolved according to its design) for the next phase of existence or through collapse and disintegration of a system (that perverted its nature and became unable to evolve).

Hence, the one could infer that when God said–sent His Word – Λογος, and the universe with the earth within it came into existence {in: Genesis 1; John 1:1–4, 10–14}, the Λογος as the universal code/law of creation has been read–actualized at the particular levels of complexity, at which the time and the structured matter are enabled to carry the range of parameters and conditions of existence of a specific life form created within a particular space [[see Note *29* to The Facets of the Absolute – file for download @ website Systems Logic by Alice–Sofia [http://systemslogic-by-alicesofia.net], Page Library_3]]. In other words, the seed of the mighty tree was planted into the prepared soil {in: Mark 4:26–32}, which could be any world/κοσμος/settings in a range, which could expand

from

a human mind that discovered the law of God as a definition of own nature,

accepted the Word as the soil accepts the seed–carrier of life,

learned to embody the law into own actuality – make it the very own life: thinking, speaking, acting,

and became empowered by the Holy Spirit for growth–evolution initiated by the Holy Wisdom

to

a trans–galactic abyss,

within which the Omnipotent Power of Almighty God unfolds the vortex of energy–power fields

and initiates the core/code of a new galaxy with the settings

[[in our universe, for instance, such settings include time–space–complexity]]

for accommodation of life as a particular reading/actualization of the Universal Code of life –

Λογος, the Word–God

The καιρος of the Earth will come when all beings created for the eternity will pass through their way into the Kingdom of God, the evil completes the allotted for it measure {Revelation 1:5–8; 3:12, 20–21; 6:9–11; 14:13; 2 Peter 3:3–15; Genesis 6:6, 12–14; 15:13–16}, and the purposes of the earth will be accomplished. Only God the Creator knows when it happens, yet, His Son, Lord Jesus Christ, the Word–God, gave warning to all His followers that the end is close {Matthew 24:32–42}.

*13* In general, στερεωμα is the framework or foundation for the set of energy fields made for transformations of the divine energy into a particular structured matter (e.g., water of the sea, dust of the land): the components of the world accommodating existence of mankind. Within the στερεωμα {also called the Heaven – ουρανον in: Genesis 1:6–10}, the evolving world, which accommodated existence of men, came into being {Genesis 1}.

{John 1:1–5, 9–13; 15:1–6}

the Word–God is the example of completion–perfection

that declares and explains God the Father

and gives the knowledge that is the eternal life

{John 1:18; 10:30; 13:15; 17:1–26; 1 John 1:1–2; 3:1–7}

the Word–God is the Beginning and the End, the Alfa and the Omega

The knowledge of God, which is the eternal life is the knowledge given by the Word–God: His Law, His will, His commandments, His mercy, His Perfection and His Love – the Absolute Good, that is the everlasting life {John 17:3, 6} – this knowledge makes possible life by the Holy Spirit, because this knowledge became the inner foundation and structure of the new creation of God in Christ and by Christ destined from the beginning of times for the eternity with God.

Rejection

you seek to kill Me,

because My word has no place in you

{John 8:37}

The Gospels mention occasions when scribes and Pharisees argued with God. Centuries of idolatry and violations of the Law of God resulted in transformation of the people chosen to be the priests of God of Truth into the people with the gross heart {Isaiah 6:8–10; John 12:37–43} incapable of comprehension of truth*1*. Although the meaning of their existence was preparation to the meeting with the Messiah, they became unable to recognize God in the time of His coming.

Some of them kept the appearance of righteousness by observing the rituals and customs established by the laws of Moses and doing nothing in the day of Sabbath, yet, they lost the essence: love to God and to His creations and the ability to understand the Law of God. They became spiritually blind and deaf incapable to perceive the Light of the world and to hear the voice of God {Isaiah 6:9–10; 59:1–16; Mark 4:11–12; John 12:40–43; Acts 28:25–29}. After the first days with the Lord God, when they witnessed the miracles of healing and forgiveness, initial astonishment {e.g., in: Matthew 13:54–57} has grown into denial, rejection, malice, and hatred. Eventually, they conspired to murder the Son of man. Why they wanted to kill Him Who healed lepers, gave vision to the blind, forgave sinners, and resurrected the dead ones? God knows why, and He tells them: “you seek to kill Me because My word has no place in you” {John 8:37; 11:45–53; 12:9–11}.

The Bible texts {e.g., in: Matthew 11; 12; 16; 21; 23; Luke 23; John 8; 9:22; 11:45–57; 12; 18; 19} point out the typical features of hypocrites who assume the rights to judge the others, to impose own vision of the world onto the others, and to persecute those who live by other logic and have other meaning of truth: they

propagate own vision of the world as the only truth

elevate themselves to the rank of the highest moral, law–establishing and other authority over all the others

apply the power of coercion to silence the conscience, to assassinate the soul,

and to enslave the mind of those who they were capable of deceiving

kill the different–minded to silence them

kill those who do not recognize them as the absolute authority,

which they need for keeping their slaves in fear, submission, and unreserved obedience

Yet, whatever attributes, powers, and virtues the people ascribe to themselves, the truth is that only God is the highest Authority and Judge of all. Only God knows the heart, thoughts, and true reasons behinds words and actions; only God makes the ultimate judgment and final decision. Although in their pride, self–deceit, and delusion, people think that they have rejected God, that they can mock God, humiliate and make silent or murder those who follow His commandments, in fact, they are not able to comprehend the actuality {Psalm 20(21):9–13; 32(33):13–22; 33(34):15–16, 21; 138(139); John 1:1–18; 3:3–21; 6:44–47; 8:51; 10; 14:6; 17}:

–– nothing is hidden from God, and nothing is able to withstand God the Creator:

His authority is the Absolute authority; His power is the Omnipotent power;

His Wisdom and Might and Glory have no limits*2*

–– no one comes to God unless God Himself draws him

–– no one learns until he is taught by God

–– no one has life unless God gives him life and takes into His kingdom

–– no one comes to God by his own way

–– only through Lord Jesus Christ a human being comes to God the Father

–– only the one who is born of God enters the eternity with God

It means that at the some point of their earthly life, they committed deeds, said words, and created thoughts, which are sin and abomination to God: they have been rejected by God before they came to a delusion that they are able to reject their Creator. The people lose ability to comprehend the actuality after their mind was incapacitated by the evil and subsequently reached the state of three inabilities: the inability to discern the good and the evil, the inability to perceive God, and the inability to be empowered by the Wisdom of God. These three inabilities indicate the death of human reasoning, when a human being becomes just a piece of structured matter that moves–propagates–consumes other beings: the living dead, the withered branch incapable of bearing the fruits {Matthew 15:12–14; John 15:1–6; Isaiah 59:1–15}.

The one in the state of the death of reason has no place for the Word–God in his heart–soul–mind {John 8:37–47}. If there is no place left for the Word–God, the mind becomes incapable of doing the works of God for the sake of which it has been created*3*. Such a mind might think that it rejected God, while in fact, it itself had been rejected and thrown away to rot in leprosy of sin and perversion until the evil thoughts materialized into words and deeds overflow the allotted measure of evil and the time on the earth is over.

For the many, the mystery enshrouds reasons

–– why some men become devoted believers

–– why other men are not able to accommodate the Word–God and become apostates, heretics, and others of a similar kind

–– why the people attempt to exterminate the different–minded who live according to other points of view, to besmear the truth, and to silence or to exterminate those who convey the truth to the others.

The same pattern might be traced in all human relations and practices, as well as in operations of the establishments responsible for maintenance of the societies: people reject, expel, and exterminate, or at least, attempt to make speechless those who carry knowledge based on another truth and created with another logic.

Seemingly, it cannot be otherwise: each system is capable of existence only until it operates on the foundation (or within the knowledge framework) at which it was created. If a system changes its foundation/framework of knowledge that defines its logic, purposes, actions, and means of achieving the purposes (for instance, if the believer becomes an apostate*4*, if the heathen converts into the monotheistic religion, or if the follower of the monotheistic religion converts into the heathenism/multi–deity religion), it has either to destroy the world, within which it came to existence, or to be destroyed for the sake of preservation of those who still comply with the knowledge that the system has rejected.

However, why this pattern – the inevitability of choice between two incompatible realities (for instance, the reality of the heathenism and the reality of monotheism) – became the most persistent and common feature of all states, all kinds of authority, all human establishments/systems?

The answer is simple: there is only one – Absolute – Truth for everyone created by God and living by God: Λογος/Αγια Σοφια – the Word–God, the Code/Law/Wisdom/Glory of God through Whom everything that exists came into being {John 1:1–5; 12:41; 14; 17}.

If the Truth is Absolute, then, by the definition, there is nothing else that may be held as truth: the Absolute Truth makes any other assertions, assumptions, fruits of human reasoning irrelevant. It means that

1/ in the world living by God, there cannot be place for those inconsistent with the Absolute Good {Revelation 21; 22}, for instance, for those who carry the seed of death – evil, corruption, hatred – within

2/ anyone who aspires to obtain life everlasting in the eternal kingdom of God should become an embodiment of Truth/Law of God: the likeness of God Who is the Absolute Good for all His creations. The one evolves into the likeness of God by imitating perfection, mercy, and love of God, and by observing His commandments/Law*5*, the essence of which is love: love to God and love to the creations of God {Matthew 5:17–48; 22:37–40; Luke 6:22–49; John 13:34–35; 15:12–17; 17; 1 John; 2 John}.

Hence, if the one does not accept the Absolute Truth – the Word–God – as the meaning of his own existence, he has to leave the reality/world that lives by the Absolute Truth: his self–condemnation leads him into the eternal darkness of separation from God {John 3:17–21} and transforms him into the one who is “not of God” – into the one who is likeness of the arch–evil that lives by death of the others {John 8:37–47}. Such a being becomes an embodiment of death: he carries death within and inflicts death onto all the others whom he is able to corrupt, to deceive, to deprive of knowledge of truth, to murder or to transform into the servants of the arch–evil to which he himself serves…

Each human being is born to achieve some purposes: to cognize the good and the evil, to choose the good, and to evolve into the child of God suitable for the next phase of existence – eternity with God. God in His mercy and perfection gives everybody life in the world where all have the equal chance to actualize their nature and to accomplish the purposes for the sake of which they came into existence – otherwise, the people would not be told that they must imitate perfection of God the Father, and they would not be given the knowledge of commandments of God {Matthew 5; 22:37–40; John 1:12–13}. It means that initially, all have the equal chance to come into the eternal life if they understand that

the settings where they have to accomplish their work

and which they perceive as the divisions among creations of God –

race, color of skin, gender, health, wealth, civil education, nationality,

place within the society and the hierarchies of power, country, land, local customs

and other attributes of the daily life

all these diversities, which make them different

all of them have the meaning similar, for instance,

to different tools in gym, with which athlete trains a body to gain the victory in a race

yet, they toil for the conquest of life everlasting

Then, it should be something other, which transforms some into unbelievers and sinners before God – into those who better would not be born because they reject the Law, betray God, and their final destiny is damnation and separation from God {Matthew 13:11–30, 36–42; 18:1–7; 26:24; Mark 14:21; Luke 17:1–2; John 17:12; Isaiah 65:1–8; Revelation 20:11–15; 21:7–8, 27}.

Could this something other be only freedom of choice?

As the history reveals, the human mind easily might be deceived and turned into the evil, although the initial freedom of thinking is inseparable feature of human nature: the freedom of choice is not enough, and many live in the reality*6* defined by rejection of God – the reality of death from which there is no way into the life.

What else, then, makes the difference between two human beings: what enables one mind to withstand the evil and to be the servant of God and what persuades another mind to serve the evil?

How to foresee the end, to where the summary of free choices eventually will bring the one

            – either to the point of no return*7*, at which the one becomes corrupted in such a degree that he is unable to accommodate the Word–God, because the image of beast became his very essence, and there is no more image and likeness of God within him

            – or accomplishes his earthly training and obtains complete knowledge of the good, which would open before him the eternity with God?

How the mind could evaluate own condition at each moment of existence? Could the mind measure own progress or regress in similar way, for instance, to a physician who reads the symptoms of disease and determines danger?

The one could assume that the difference between those who withstand the evil and those who submit themselves to the evil is in the inner ability to comprehend knowledge of the Absolute Good and the power to live according to knowledge of the Absolute Good. Both of them – the knowledge and the power to live by it are the gifts of God. Consequently, if the one rejected God, he deprived himself of the ability to accept the gifts of God.

There is only one way leading into the eternity with God: to contemplate the Absolute Good of God, to imitate mercy and love of God in dealing with the others, to develop the ability of the right discernment*8*. Only the Word–God {John 15:4–5} empowers the one

to follow the Light that ignites the reasoning and sustains life of the mind

to comprehend the Law of God

to apply the only criteria of judgment and the discrimination between good and evil – right and wrong,

which are based on the Law of God

to absorb Love of God and to evolve into the likeness of God Whose image he carries within

and in Whose likeness he is created.

Faith*9*, an ability to comprehend the Law of God, and an ability to perceive Love of God are the universal means of salvation, from which the wisdom*10* arises; they are available equally, without reservation, without limitations, without conditions – free, just for asking, to all who steadfastly, with determination and perseverance, with all soul–heart–mind seek God {Proverbs 2:1–16; Matthew 13:44–52; James 1:5–8; 1 Peter 1; 2 Peter 1:2–11}.

In conclusion, it should be said again that the one who seeks the eternity with God has to accept the Law–commandments of God and the Absolute Good of God as his very own absolute good; he has to understand that the Law, upon which the universe is built and lives, is the Perfect Love of God. Hence,

the Perfect Love is the only language,

with which the Word–God – the Wisdom and Glory of God – speaks to the creations of God

love to God and love to the creations of God reveal and confirm the one’s compliance with the Law of God

Indeed, if the commandments of God define the nature of man and if they are in the heart of man to live by them {Deuteronomy 6:4–7; 30:10–20; Matthew 5; 6; 7; 22:37–40; Luke 6:27–49; 10:25–37; John 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 1 John; 2 John; Revelation 22:14}, could it ever be difficult for any normal being to live according to his nature? As St. John the Apostle writes {1 John 5:3; 2 John 6}, love to God is to keep His commandments, and the commandments of God are not heavy.

Within the world set for cognition of the good and the evil and subsequently, for trials and tests of men, all stumble and fail – commit sin – before God, and all can be forgiven, because love of God is without limits and even His only Son was given for the remission of sins and salvation of the world, which God loves {Exodus 34:6–7; Numbers 14:18; Malachi 3:1–3; Matthew 7:7–11; Luke 23:39–43; John 3:13–18; 10:17–18; 1 Peter 1; 1 John 1:1–2; 3:1–5; 4:9–21; 1 Corinthians 3:11–20}.

The problem is that the many that are living within the godless societies do not know the road to God; they do not have answers for some questions, which define the difference between life and death of human reasoning; for instance, such as

–– how to come to God and how to find the light if only darkness and death surround them

–– how to pray for forgiveness if even the meaning of prayer is not known

–– how to ask for the Bread of life if the taste of life is not known

–– how to become free to choose if even the meaning of freedom is never learned

–– how to discover love, if the one was never loved

–– how to see God within those who they encounter, if the beasts control, teach, and corrupt them, by all means and all powers of coercion convince them that they are only beasts – creatures of flesh destined to fight and avenge evil with evil, to kill and to enslave the others, and to devour the others for the sake of own survival, pride, material gains

–– how to turn the dead one into the living one?

All these questions are the grim reality of the contemporary godless establishments, which attempt by any means to exterminate knowledge of God, therefore, to close the road to salvation*11* – the road to God.

All these questions point out the crucial responsibility of those who have the happiness to be chosen to carry knowledge of God within own soul–heart–mind. If they, those who know, fail to help those who seek their way to the Truth – their road to God, they lose their own war.

Those who know the Truth have the purpose defined by God Himself and explained by His apostles {Matthew 28:18–20; Mark 16:15–16; Luke 24:47; John 15:12–23; 1 John 3:16–18}. To help the others to survive and to alleviate their physical suffering, and to supplement their physical necessities (hunger, thirst) is not enough; for those who know the Truth {John 14; 17}, the main purpose and the victory over the world controlled by the evil is to enter the life everlasting along with those who initially were not on the way of Truth {John 14:6}.

However, some of those whom the one encounters might already reach the irreversible stage of degeneration, when nothing good is left, when there is no place for the Word–God within, and thus, nothing could be done for their salvation, because they entered the state of sin leading to death {as it is written, for instance, in: 1 John 5:16–17}.

However, the one cannot determine the others’ closeness to καιρος*12* – the time–space–complexity point, behind which the further development or regress becomes irreversible {e.g., as it is written in: Genesis 6:12–14}, and thus, to impose own judgment on the others: only God sees the inner man – human soul–heart–mind and decides the destiny of each of His creations. Then, there should not be judgment {Matthew 7:1–27; Luke 6:35–38}, only love*13*: love to the others is the only proper way of life for those who carry the Word–God within own heart–soul–mind, for those who want to follow God, to become the children of God, and to fulfill the Law of God the essence of which is love…

*9* Faith is the optimal state of reason. Through faith, the mind comes to knowledge of God – the knowledge that is the eternal life {John 17:3}.

*10* Wisdom is the special power and the ability to employ it for the purposes of survival and evolution; the human mind receives wisdom – the power to live within the world of the structured matter and to evolve for life everlasting in the kingdom of God – from the Creator.

Wisdom might be also defined as comprehension of the Law of God and the subsequent ability to observe the Law – to live according to the Law of God, to embody the Law of God into daily life – the reality of own existence.

*12* Kαιρος defines

1/ the specific time–space point at which a system

either realizes its potential, creates the most significant knowledge, achieves its purposes

or reaches the complete phase of degeneration at which none of the purposes of the system cannot be achieved

2/ the final phase, or the time of completion, when time–range of existence, which is controlled by the laws of irreversibility of cognition and complexity, is completed.

In other words, καιρος might be seen as the moment–state–condition of actualization of the Law of God: the completeness either of evolution or degeneration/destruction; καιρος stands for the point, at which

a/ the system reaches the maximum either of its potency or of its weakness, which both result in inability to exist at the present conditions

b/ the system achieved all possible results it was capable of achieving within the time–space–complexity settings, with the resources it was enabled to access, and through material things it was enabled to create–use–modify–consume–destroy

c/ when, within the present settings, further existence of the system is inconsistent with the purposes of the Creator.

 “Love

…I found your children walking in truth, as commandment we received from the Father…

And this is love that we should walk according to His commandments…

{2 John 4, 6}

It is the basic truth of Christianity: love is the foundation of the world created by God. When St. John the Apostle describes his perception of God, he writes: “God is love.” Consequently,

Love is God

Love is of God

everyone who loves is born of God

everyone who loves knows God

{1 John 4:7–8}

Elaborating the meaning of love, St. John continues: the one who loves abides in God and God dwells in him. The love of God is perfection of those who believe: they are in the world of God and they have confidence in the Day of Judgment. Love to the brethren – to the others – is inseparable from love of God; it is the distinctive feature of the children of God and the pledge of eternal life {John 13:34–35; 17; 1 John}.

Why love to the others became the second greatest commandment {the first greatest commandment is comprehensive unreserved love to God Matthew 22:37–40; Luke 10:25–37; Leviticus 19:18}?

The answer might be found in the Holy Scriptures: a human being was created into the image and after likeness of God; the breath of God is the living soul of man, and a human being is the temple of the Living God {Genesis 1:26–27; 2:7; John 14:23; 1 Corinthians 6:19; 2 Corinthians 6:16}.

Therefore, a human being who does not love other human beings is not able to recognize the image and likeness of God within the others. If the one unlearned to see the image of God (and his own essence or “self”) in other human beings, he corrupted/perverted own nature and rejected the source of own life: he lost love to God. As anything with the corrupted/perverted nature, he becomes the subject to the law of destruction {“the curse” and death promised by Moses the Prophet – in Deuteronomy 30:19–20}: the child of the evil and murderer similar to those mentioned by Lord Jesus Christ and His apostle {John 8:43–47; 1 John 3:10–12, 14–15}.

The very essence of civilization as well as the meaning of evolution initiated with revelation of the Law of God – The Ten Commandments, is development of love to God and to the others. Any human establishment, which does not pursue the purposes of the absolute good of all those for the sake of whom it is arranged, inevitably becomes the Inferno, for instance, such as the pit of the arch–evil described by Dante Alighieri and as the totalitarian (Bolshevist–Communist–Nazi) states and the oppressive regimes of the twentieth and twenty–first centuries.

However, within the contemporary societies, love is almost forgotten form of existence. For instance, who ever met the many living in actual compliance with

– two main commandments of God, which summarize all the law and the Prophets: love God with all you heart, soul, understanding, and might and love the neighbors – whoever they are – as you love yourself {Matthew 22:37–40; Luke 10:25–37; Deuteronomy 6:4–5}

– those of The Ten Commandments, which define obligations and manner of conduct concerning the others – for instance, do honor your father and mother, do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness against the other, do not covet the other’s wife and anything, which is in the other’s possession {Exodus 20:12–17; Deuteronomy 5:16–21}

–  the commandment of God to love the others and to lay down own life for the others as Lord God Jesus Christ does {John 10:11, 17–18; 13:34; 15:12–13, 17}

– the definition of perfection, which those who desire to be the children of God must follow: love enemies, bless those who curse, do well to those who hate, pray for those who abuse and persecute, be good to the ungrateful and evil ones, be merciful as God merciful is {Matthew 5:43–48; Luke 6:35–36}

– full description of love left by St. Paul the Apostle: patient, kind, not envious, not vain, not puffed up, not indecent, not pursuing own interests, not easily provoked, thinks no evil, quietly covers all, believes, hopes and endures all things, never fails {1 Corinthians 13:4–8}?

The referred above definitions of love confirm that love indeed is the foundation of life, because love is the only human feature, which makes impossible murder, infliction harm and any detriment onto the others. Yet, where in the world such life–sustaining love dwells now, where it can be found?

Still, the words of Moses are the same truth today as they were in the beginning, in the time when the Law was granted. Unity in love was revealed to the former slaves of the Egyptians as the foundation of life and as the pledge of the longevity, prosperity, and happiness of men; today, those who want to live should love God and observe His commandments, because this is the life of man {Deuteronomy 6:2–7; 30:19–20; Matthew 5:17–48; Luke 6:27–49; 10:25–37; 18:18–27; John 14; 15; 17; 1 John 5:1–3; 2 John 5; 6}.

Today, love is gone along with its Source – God – from the life of many. The only apparent basis for the social unity is language covering instinct of self–preservation. Hence, the contemporary civilizations have reached the point of time, when the final choice – with God or without God – must be made; otherwise, the further degeneration of human race would be irreversible:

–          the societies/nations already became the assemblages of hostile groups, which differentiate themselves by prejudice, bigotry, access to the power of coercion, accumulated wealth, potential of destruction, political and other worldly interests

–          hatred to other societies/nations is the only cohesive power, which prevents the complete disintegration of such establishments

–          in public and private schools children are exposed to the perverted education based on false and destructive knowledge and corruption; in addition, there is no protection from the sexual predators and perverts who not only violate bodies of their victims and corrupt their minds; they deprive children – the next generation that is the Future of mankind – of normal mental development, therefore, they accelerate degeneration of the societies/nations

–          in public schools, children receive condoms and lessons in sexuality, yet, they are deprived of knowledge of the human nature and human virtues starting with The Ten Commandments

–          even in so–called “Christian” and “democratic” societies, in violation of the ancient Law, which was intended to ensure continuation of development of civilization, and in violation of the command of Lord Jesus Christ {Deuteronomy 6:4–7; Matthew 28:19–20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:46–47}, the Bible and the name of God are forbidden for the sake of “political correctness” and under the false pretense “do not insult the followers of other religions.”

In the same time, as the children learn from any kind of media, these  “followers of other religions” do not hesitate to exterminate people, especially Christians, for their beliefs [[by beheading, crucifixion, burning alive]], to enslave them, to rape women and children, to impose on them corporal punishments and body–mutilating laws, and to deprive them of any good while, in the same time they use slogans mentioning Merciful and Great God [[in Whose image and after likeness of Whom these – beheaded, burned alive, crucified, raped, enslaved, publicly flogged, mutilated, stoned, and otherwise humiliated and murdered – people are created]].

In fact, such “political correctness” and pretense “do not insult the followers of other religions” supplemented with the propaganda of violence and inhumanity, which became the very fabric of the society and is poured out into the child’s mind with all kinds of entertainment (movies, games, shows, inter–school culture of bullies and violence) and information flowing through media and social nets, teach the children harsh lessons of hypocrisy, convince them in inferiority and injustice of their societies, and transform them into the pool of reserves prepared for planting ideologies of hatred and death that manufacture the human weapon carrying death and destruction.

The true reasons behind such “correctness” and “sensitivity,” which lead into the pit of death, are inability to comprehend and perceive the Word–God, inability to discern the good and the evil, and the consequent hatred to God: they do not have a place for the Word–God, and although they are not able to kill God, at least, they deprive the others of knowledge of Him that is of life {John 7:7; 8:37; Acts 7:51–54, 57}.

Death, destruction, perversion, corruption, vice of all kinds, loathsome methods of deprivation of the others of their possession – murder, betrayal, fraud – became the essence of art, books, movies, ethics–free sciences, and daily news feeding the minds in the godless societies.

The sanctity of human life is lost in the fertility clinics, abortion clinics, nursing houses for the aged – abused, deprived of dignity and proper medical care until such a degree that they beg for euthanasia, and in the chambers of torture, which still exist in so–called “civilized” societies.

The political and religious leaders enrich themselves through bribery, sale of sensitive information, embezzlement of public funds, cooperation with criminals and enemies of their own nations.

The value of human life is measured by money, which might be received if organs and tissue harvested, and by fear, which can be ignited by quantity of those who a suicide–bomber would murder and mutilate.

Harmony and beauty left the world and everything serves the arch–evil’s purpose: substitution of the image of beast for the image of God with the consequent transformation of a human being into the beast – the human dust/food of the arch–evil.

As the result, is anything left besides the biological functions and primitive instincts of proliferating biomass, which would adequately describe the contemporary “Homo sapiens” cultivated by the godless societies that have rejected love of God and lost the ability of survival?

And I think, would it be possible to define the end, which awaits our world {2 Peter 3:7}, as anything but the ultimate love? What else should happen with the system that has destroyed its own foundation and systematically exterminates those who carry the knowledge of the Creator – the ones who are enabled to correct it, to set it rightly, and ultimately, to lead it to perfection? What else might prevent the appearance of similar phenomenon of evil in other places of the Universe if the world controlled by the evil is allowed to exist indefinitely?...”
